Ingredients

Round bread 1 PC
chicken breast 1 PC
mushrooms 300 g
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC
tomatoes in their own juice 250 g
turnip onion 1 PC
cream 33% 1/2 cup
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Preparation:
  • 1. Wash the breast, dry it with a paper towel. Cut into small pieces.
  • 2. Finely chop onion, mushrooms and bell pepper.
  • 3. Fry the chicken in vegetable oil in a saucepan or deep frying pan until golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, curry.
  • 4. Separately fry the mushrooms and onions.
  • 5. Add tomatoes in their own juice and pepper to mushrooms and onions. Simmer over medium heat with the lid closed for 15 minutes. Transfer the mushrooms with vegetables to a saucepan where the chicken is fried.
  • 6. Pour in the cream.
  • 7. Add chopped dill. Simmer for another 5 minutes under a closed lid.
  • 8. Cut off the top of the bread, remove the crumb. Melt the butter, saturate the inside of the bread. Put in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Transfer fricassee to bread and serve immediately.

So I took off the top and put it on the plates. I did not dare to cut bread because of the height and different density (fricasse is soft, crumbly, and bread with a dried crust), and if you cut it with a knife, you can split a plate. I just took kitchen scissors and cut off a slice of toasted bread. She put the rest in the refrigerator. Everything in mikra is perfectly warmed up today
