I bought it on August 23, 2010 in Eldorado ... They did not check the bread machine in my presence, referring to the pre-sale preparation of all goods. So what .... a week later, on the day off, my children and I, waiting for a miracle, unfolded the box, took out the oven, wiped it, washed the bucket, laid out and weighed all the necessary products, filled them in the bucket, chose the program, turned on and began to wait ..... We sat near the stove for about 15 minutes ... and she did not even think of kneading the dough ... She stood for herself, after 16 minutes she squeaked three times, and then it’s worth it ... Our disappointment knew no bounds ... I had to take it back to the store, where they could not determine the reason, they took the goods and returned the money. But my children and I had a very fighting spirit, and we did not think to give up !!! The site - helped to choose the desired model - OW 502430: 16 programs, ranging from baguettes, continuing with Borodino ones, and ending with pasta dough. There are no ciabatta, lavash, Spanish and American buns in it, like 6002, but this is not a problem. I will be like Admin to bake in the oven. All the same, for all baguettes and buns and pita breads, you need to work with the dough by hand !!! Everyone did it in one day: they handed in 6002, bought 502430 at M-Video, baked their first bread according to the ROMA recipe (Italian) in the beginner's manual, for which she thanks a lot. I also have a sad experience with this bread maker. Ordered in the online store. Received on Saturday 18.09. On the one hand I am a maximalist, on the other I am an engineer (in the past). Both of these qualities make me look for equipment with maximum technical capabilities on the principle "why? And there was a Schaub!" )) In order not to regret after the purchase that there is not enough functionality, the power of something else.

After rummaging around on the Internet and reading the general information about bread makers, I decided on the requirements:
- the maximum possible amount of baked goods, but with the ability to bake not only the maximum volumes
- maximum electrical power (there were times in life when, for example, "dead" and flimsy low-power Philips juicers simply stopped if you shove something dense, such as carrots, into it. Who switched from such to 1300 W Bork - they will understand me)
- maximum baking programs
- a manufacturer with proven models in the market.

I will skip how the selection of models was going on, but in the end there were 4 models left, among which were the Panasonic 255 and Moulinex. At the same time, for moulinex, reviews were only for earlier models. Even on 5002 I did not find many reviews.

But it should be noted that only
Moulinex OW 600230. Panasonic was swept aside immediately after he found in several places on the internet reviews that stirring knives do not always cope with a dense dough and slip. I'm not even interested in finding out what exactly is at stake, whether the engine is not pulling, or there is a belt drive with slippage. I believe that since this statement comes from more than one person, it means that this is a "bug" of the model.

Although I did not find any reviews about the 6002 model, I found a lot of flattering things about 5002, 3000, 3002 and made up my mind with a choice.

PRICE and purchase features
The manufacturer's website lists a certain insane price. Although there was an opportunity to spend almost 9,000 rubles, I decided to find it on the internet. I will say right away that it is generally impossible to find this model in Peter's stores (not on the Internet) even to touch it.

In the internet I found prices of 6400 in several internet-shops in Moscow and St. Petersburg, including the promoted and "ugly" (by experience) store 003. ru ... DIVORCE !!! I made an application immediately at 4, composted my brain for several days, promised delivery in a week, ended up with calls and a message that they say a mistake, a mis-grading, is out of stock, we can't deliver, I'm sorry, we can only "put you in the queue for the appearance of the goods, without a term "!!!!!

After that, the understanding came that the price of 6400 contains nothing but advertising in order to light up with a minimum price. The next order was made in a couple of stores with a price tag of 7400-7600. The result is positive, the first to call back from and said that it is in stock. I didn’t want to wait for delivery with impatience, I drove to them and took it myself on the same day. At the same time, I got stuck in a traffic jam, called them back and they waited for me, delayed for almost an hour!

In addition to the list of ingredients, explanations are written, for example, that powdered milk can be replaced with ordinary milk by reducing the amount of water and specific proportions are immediately given. The order of placing the ingredients has been written (which is important, for example, so that the tremors fall on the flour layer and do not touch water, sugar, salt). In short, a super book. Everything that is written in it - prepared on the first try and without errors - has been checked.

Bread Maker Tips
- all molds are covered with a non-stick coating, do not use iron spoons, do not wash them with a steel mesh
- if, after baking the bread, the knives remain in the mold, on the axles and cannot be removed - do not pick them, just pour water into the mold and let stand for 5 minutes. Everything will get wet and removed without effort
- before placing the ingredients, turn the knives in the shape towards each other for better mixing. (to turn the knives, the form must first be pulled out of the bread machine)
- all ingredients used must be at room temperature, and not from the refrigerator, otherwise the bread will most likely not rise as it should

One tip. You MUST buy a scale! Electronic, with the ability to reset the tare weight and switch the measurement modes "gr, ml, etc."
Tips for choosing a scale:
- if the minimum measurement limit is not specified, you can not call the sellers, but turn on the scales and throw a 10 kopeck coin on it. (they are all on the shelves with batteries and batteries usually last for several years. Plus, normal scales have the option of self-shutdown when idle)
- if the scales did not turn on due to dead batteries, I would not take them, as this indicates abnormal power consumption of the model and / or the lack of a self-shutdown function
- if the scales showed 2 grams, this is an accurate scale, if not, most likely they have a minimum measurement limit of 5 grams or more. Then decide for yourself.
- the control panel must be physically separated from the weighing surface! The fact is that many modern models have, for example, a solid glass surface with control buttons painted on the edge of this surface. The controls are touch-sensitive, the sensors are under the glass, but I would not recommend taking such. The "ambush" is that on such scales you get sick of dropping the tare weight, because when you touch the button, you press your finger on the weighing surface. I began to call the guarantee, the first words were that Mulinex did not give a guarantee for spare parts. The blades cost 6 lats, a bucket 30 lats.

I didn't even have time to tell about the reason. Well, there is a no-brainer that the problems are inside, the bucket is like new. T-t-t.

It seems to have taken, but so far silence. While I sit without bread. It's good at least we have a bakery, where bread is delicious and baked without additives. Loaf, as in Soviet times and tasty sour sweet. True, the price is 3 times higher than a simple one, but less is better, but better.

Yeah .... really sad experience ... And rightly so I named the topic! ATTENTION TO BUYERS OF BAKERY !!!! Personally, on my own experience (almost 2 months of daily use), I was convinced that you should not chase a novelty (this is about choosing a x / n). Arguments:
1. I liked baking baguettes in the oven much more than in cotton. Why: in x / n they turn out to be very small and therefore a lot of crust. And in the oven, I bake as large as I want.
2. bun trays in 6002 - only for 4 buns maximum! So whoever has a family of 2 + 2 - this is clearly not enough (or you need to put the dough 2 times more and bake twice, but you can bake a lot in the oven at once)
3. Borodinsky did much better with the "kneading dough" + "baking" programs than with the "Borodinsky" program. So there is no point in overpaying for a new model that has a program of the same name.
4. Listen to professionals. Eh, Admin was right !!! The oven is mainly needed for kneading and raising dough. And the rest is in the oven (of course, if you have one).

I bake quick bread HERE FOR THIS RECIPE , by the way nice bread turns out! The only drawback is that the "Quick bread" program in our CPs is too short for this recipe, so for this I combine two programs: "Yeast dough" + "Baking" = excellent result! Tonight, sitting in the kitchen with a laptop on my lap, in blessed silence, I heard a strange monotonous sound out of the corner of my ear, as if something was buzzing at low frequencies. It turned out - HP! Outside of work, the plug is simply not removed from the socket. Oh, how I didn’t like it ... usually all my equipment is always connected, nothing buzzes. But Mule will have to be turned off ... maybe this is a normal sound, but I would not like to see the result on the electric meter. And if abnormal - even more so. What about you?

We chose between 5024 and 6002. Only 6002 remained in stock in the city - they bought it, despite the presence of negative reviews here and on store websites. We thought we'd be lucky ... But ...

Bought yesterday, immediately wanted to bake some bread. We read the contents of the site, read the instructions in detail, even took a bread maker from a neighbor to test it (an inexpensive Saturn) - it worked out all the next four times. According to the already tried and tested recipe (which was taken from the Mulinex book), we put it in the new 6002. She kneaded everything well, the bread went well. He began to bake - the kilogram according to the recipe rose right up to the edge of the mold - held on to the last. Everything was fine, we were so happy, only the pale crust was embarrassing. But in the last 4 minutes, the top fell through - they opened it, and there was raw dough under the crust. The shades and the bucket are hot, but you can safely touch them with your bare hands. We immediately realized that something was wrong with HP (the house voltage is good, a 2 kW kettle and a 2.5 kW oven are heating like crazy, why not heat the HP by 1.7 kW). They washed everything and put it neatly for return. In the morning I called to consult the service center. They said that this model is still very raw (they were in a hurry to release it), there are a lot of returns, breakdowns (most often the motor). The details will take a long time to wait. They advised to take already tried models - 5004, 5024 - they are more reliable. In the store he said that his wife did not like the black color of the HP - they had nothing on the exchange, they immediately returned the money.

So now we will wait for the February delivery of 5024. Maybe this oven has proved itself poorly? Although our friend's bakes are excellent. Maybe someone else will advise something ... I would like to bake baguettes, buns, pita bread, ciabatta, but we can also do it in the oven ... Will, for example, 5002 make dough for all this ???
