So I joined your ranks and got a bread maker) The first experiments are very successful, thanks to your advice. Brioche, rye bread, jam - everything worked out just fine)

Now I am puzzled with whole grain bread, but in Kenwood I can’t figure out which mode to work on.

This is my first post on the forum, while I was only a reader, so I didn't figure out exactly where to address the message. I chose the "miscellaneous" section.
