Buckwheat with meat and prunes in a multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH18

Ingredients
Buckwheat 3 m / cup
Mushrooms 350 g
Pork (brisket) 800 g
Onion 3 pcs.
Carrots 2 pcs.
Prunes 8 pcs.
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 5 tbsp l.
Apple 1 pc.
Spice
Cooking method

1) Boil mushrooms (10 minutes) in salted salt. water with the addition of marjoram, the broth will go to buckwheat.
2) Lightly fry the brisket in a hot pan until golden brown, then add the onion. Season with salt and pepper.
3) We put meat with onions and prunes in a cartoon, add soy sauce and a chopped apple. Then mushrooms (without decoction) and sour cream. Sprinkle with pepper, caraway seeds. Cover everything on top with fresh carrots (cut into strips).
4) Turn on the extinguishing mode for 1 hour.
5) After that, add the leveling buckwheat and fill the entire structure with mushroom broth so that it covers everything by 2 cm.
A little broth will be needed, since a lot of juice was formed during stewing.
6) Turn on the buckwheat mode and wait for the signal.

Buckwheat with meat is excellent.
