Drunken pork for Cuckoo 1054

Ingredients:

Pork 600-700g.
Bulb onions 3 pcs.
Garlic 1 tooth
Potatoes 4 things.
Any white wine (I have a semi-sweet plum) 250 ml.
Salt taste
Pork spices (coriander, cumin, black pepper, red bell pepper) taste

Cooking method

  • Wash the meat, dry with a towel, sprinkle with spices, breaded in flour. DO NOT DRAIN !!!... I do this: I cut the meat into a large bowl, pour spices on top, mix with my hands, then pour flour on top, mix again. Excess flour remains at the bottom of the plate.

  • Mode Frying 10 minutes Level 3 with the lid open.


  • Cut the potatoes into cubes. Add to meat.


  • Mix the wine with finely chopped onion and garlic, season with salt. Pour into a saucepan.


  • Mix everything carefully. Mode Multi-cook 15 minutes 110C.


  • Serve with gravy!
