  • I do not pour out the remaining marinade - I use it for marinating meat, it turns out a good marinade, saturated to taste with onions and spices. You can dilute it with boiled water 1x1.

Yes, I did the raw onion option - quite normal. After hot pouring, the onion becomes softer on its own.
In the photo above, I have a large custom jar and a plastic lid. Without sterilizing vegetables and jars.
I usually close all jars with reusable screw caps.
