Ingredients

Mix of legumes and cereals:
green and yellow split peas,
green and red lentils,
rice, pearl barley
1 dimensional st.
Red and white lentils 0.5 tbsp.
Bulb onions 1 large
Red sweet pepper
(took from the freezer)
1 \ 2 pcs.
Fresh chopped oyster mushrooms
(can be replaced with dried or others)
1 handful
Garlic 2 teeth
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Legume Spice Blend 1 tsp
Salt taste
Water 3 cups
Homemade chicken stew from the freezer
(you can use other fresh meat,
ham, etc.)
jar 0.5 l

Cooking method

  • I bought ready-made Soup Mix in the store. Although it can be successfully done by yourself at home.
  • Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker saucepan, put chopped onions, mushrooms, peppers, crushed garlic, spices - fry everything in the Baking mode until tender.
  • We put the washed mixture of cereals and legumes, stewed chicken, salt to taste, water and turn on the Buckwheat mode, wait for the signal of readiness.

Note

I liked the side dish porridge. Everything is fine, but I didn't like the taste of green peas, I'll exclude it next time.
Water needs to add 2.5 cups.

If you exclude the stewed chicken, you get a completely dietary dish.

Yes, everything is ready and soft. I put on the Buckwheat mode, and it was about 30 minutes, depending on the amount of water. Take a look at the photo.
Water is needed for my amount 1.5 cups - 2.5 cups. I did it for the first time and poured 3 cups. There was also another liquid - stew, vegetables, butter ...

By reducing the water, the cooking time will decrease - it will be even better.

In general, I liked it, I will still cook (only without green peas).
