Carp in sour cream for CUCKOO 1054

Ingredients:

Carp about 1kg. (gutted and peeled 750g.) 1 PC.
Milk 0.5-1l.
Liquid sour cream 10 - 15% 250g.
Water (wine) 100 ml.
Onion 2 pcs.
Fresh dill 1 bundle
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Clean the fish, remove entrails and gills.


  • I have frozen carp. When I thawed a little, I made frequent cuts across the ridge with a sharp knife, 1 cm deep:

  • Pour milk into a deep plate, salt and pepper. Put the carp (I put it half frozen), press on top with a plate so that all the fish is in milk, leave for at least 30 minutes (the maximum is not limited):

  • Remove the fish from the milk. Dry thoroughly with paper towels. Sprinkle with lemon (vinegar), salt and pepper. I use Lemon Pepper seasoning, so no vinegar or lemon is needed.


  • Breaded in flour and fry in Cook, mode Oven level 3, 10 minutes... Twice 2 pieces.


  • Fold all the fish into a kuku in one layer.


  • Dilute sour cream with wine (water), mix with chopped dill and onions, salt and pepper. Place on top of the fish.


  • Mode Meats (total time 45 minutes).


  • Serve with gravy and onions. Everything is also very, very, very tasty !!! I recommend to all carpaholics !!!
