Thank you, but I have already read this link (about yeast). In my recipes, the speech goes: "Dry brewer's yeast-1 sachet", what does this mean?

Any yeast and sourdough can be used in a bread maker, read more in the links, find a topic about yeast. Do not get hung up on brewer's yeast and do not look for their use - read carefully, on what you can bake bread.

You have received enough links to start baking quality bread, the rest is up to you.

I think these are the translators of the harness
Surely we are talking about ordinary fast yeast ...
Admin

Yes, even if they don't lie, why can't you bake on other yeast now, if you want.

Look, we have so many examples of the use of different yeast and not only - the head is spinning, you can't bake everything
Alexandra
It is very easy to check - write to us a part of the text in English and see how the yeast is called there
1966lena
Exactly, but I forgot about the English instructions !!!!!!!!!
Translated: instant yeast !!!!!!!!!!
Thank you very much for your participation ... I will try ...

I greet the owner of the same brand as mine, otherwise I thought there was one like this. So how is she? I like it !!!!!!!!! 1

I'm happy too. The price is good and the stove is even better ...
True, I have not tried a single recipe from the instructions, I still use the ones that have been verified from the site.
And kneads and bakes - great !!!!!!
Rita
Hurrah! Our regiment has arrived!
I also have such a stove, and I am also happy with it.
I was so happy when I saw that Sherik had the same stove that I even wrote to her in a personal with joy.
And then another person got it - great!

When I bought it, I started looking for such a model on the Internet. Not even found on Ariete's website. I thought I had bought some kind of fake ... Of course, the main thing is that she baked.
But still, now I know that such stoves exist!

I just saw them in online stores (after I bought them, when I was buying in St. Petersburg, I also doubted that the company seemed to be unfamiliar, but the seller assured me that this was not so ....... I, too, like 1966lena I don't use much of the recipes from the instructions, although I tried the main one, and French, and brioches ...

Hello everyone, they gave me a bakery, but the instruction is only in English, I don't know it, but I will manually type all the instructions until the morning, maybe someone has an instruction in Russian?

A very good machine!
Animaisa
Hello everyone! I, too, am a happy owner of Ariete 121, I have been using it since the new year, I am very satisfied. The other day I bought a second one of the same for the country. Until now, I didn't even notice that the recipe book mentions brewer's yeast, not baker's! I bake, mostly. focusing on this forum.I took French bread from the recipe book - it turns out well, the crust is too tough for my taste, but my son, for example, really likes it. I also tried milk bread with pesto sauce, but without sauce, and the cheese was not parmesan, but it turned out delicious! In my opinion, for its price - a very good stove! I'm a fan of Ariete in general - I have an Ariete Retro espresso machine, oh my god, how delicious she makes coffee! My husband had an expensive coffee machine at work, he assures us that ours cooks better, while the design is very cool. In general, I'm glad that someone else besides me was able to check out this bread maker, otherwise I too. as you for some reason thought that such a miracle is only me!
Sherik
It's good that our ranks are growing !!!!! And someone tried the recipe for quick baking, I didn’t work out well!

I tried baked goods on program 1, which is about 2.5 hours. It turns out okay, the bread is slightly lower and more dense. It is only necessary to increase the amount of yeast by about a third. Having bought panifarin, I tried to bake Borodinsky-type bread in this mode, it turned out very well, even imperceptibly that it was fast.
Once I baked in mode 5 or 6, it turned out to be an unreasonable splash, since then I have not baked like that.

Tell the girl to your girlfriend

Is this Ariete 121 metal made of stainless steel (as they say on the Internet), or does it only have a metallic color, but is it all made of plastic?
And how is the bucket attached to her - clips on the edges?

And if anyone saw her in stores in Moscow, write in a personal where, I want to see her live.

Thank you.
Rita
Plastic housing, clamps on the sides.

Thank you.

I have never seen it "live", both times I bought it via the Internet. At the last purchase (for my mother), I noticed that there were very few offers on the Internet, and in one of the stores they said by phone that they seemed to be taken out of production and were selling the rest. By the way, prices jump from 2000 to 4000 tons.
photorobot
Yes, the price of 2 thousand is very attractive, but the plastic case dramatically reduces the attractiveness. Why does everyone write that it is made of stainless steel?

Yes, the price of $ 2,000 is very attractive, but the plastic case dramatically reduces the attractiveness. Why does everyone write that it is made of stainless steel?
Why they write so is a mystery. In general, like most bread makers, it has a plastic case and a metal non-stick bucket. The plastic is pleasant to look at and to the touch, it hardly heats up during baking. Why is the plastic case so confusing? My Panasonic multicooker also has a plastic case, it cooks, and soars, and bakes ... No problem.
photorobot
The plastic case does not bother me, but then this model is not much different from many others.
Today I took my mulinescu from repair.
If it breaks down again, I will change it to Panasonic. Of all the reviews I have reviewed and according to reviews, this is the most reliable option.

Excuse my curiosity, this is not the first time your stove breaks down? What happened to her, and how long after the purchase? It's just that at one time I also looked closely at the moulinex, Ariete, in general, I bought by accident, ordered it along with another device
photorobot
It breaks for the first time, but only worked for 3 months. A month later, the electronics began to fail and from time to time the stove stopped turning on, while some numbers were burning on the screen. However, by switching on and off from the outlet and randomly pressing the buttons, it was possible to start it, and then it even worked with a timer.
Of the shortcomings, the bucket also showed weakness, the non-stick coating was scratched from the crust (I think this is French bread, it has a pretty hard crust). They baked bread 2 times a week, and French for the whole time probably 5-6 times. But the stove is French!
Further, the rye stirrer practically does not stir.
Well, the smell of some kind of plastic from the inside has not disappeared. I was already used to it and did not really notice, but I took it from the repair today - the smell is strong.
She finally finished me off when we were waiting for guests and wanted to make Borodino with sourdough. I already put in the bucket the tea leaves with malt, honey, coriander, sourdough, salt, only flour remained. And then the included stove from program 6 switched itself to 7 and hung. For two hours I tried to revive it, turned it on and off from the socket - in vain. More failed to start it. I had to buy bread in the store, and we have already lost the habit of this.
While the stove was being repaired, I traveled around the shops, felt many different models. Had heard such nonsense from sellers !!! Especially many fairy tales are told about Bork
Definitely the best impression is made by Panasonic 255. Kenwood 450 looks good in design, but still Panasonic is out of competition.

Hello, can you please tell me how this stove reacts to a power outage?

Hello, tell me, please, how does this stove react to a power outage?

Like any other electrical appliance. There is a fuse inside. But it is advisable in the room where the device is operated, to have circuit breakers against short circuits and RCDs (from current leaks).
This will be a guarantee that your device will fail due to a power failure.
NoZZy
I meant something else. for example at night at 5-6 o'clock they cut off the electricity for 5 minutes and turned on what's with the bread? everything, netuti or will you continue to bake?

for example Panasonic SD-253 has "Power Failure Memory" for 40 minutes
massimo9
I have not had such cases, I did not find anything in the instructions.
How about others? Were there such cases?
pozdnak
On the first page of this topic there is a link to instructions ...

There is such a function. The stove resumes the program when the power is turned off for up to six minutes.

Girls, dear, help out !!!!
donated to n. d. to the parents the bread baker 121. In general, they have not received a good bread yet. Today I talked to my dad on the phone for half an hour. in general, he says the dough rises well, but before starting to bake it settles in exactly half? what is the reason?
Daddy can't understand. I tried everything.
Another question is why there is absolutely no bread aroma in the house when bread is baked?
and another question what does zero flour mean in all recipes and grain? grain can it with bran? and zero?
Sherik
Flour nulevka is our premium flour, but why such a byaka with bread is completely incomprehensible, for me such a stove has been baking beautifully for more than a year every day and wheat and rye, aroma for the whole house !!!!!!!!!! It is necessary to carefully study the topic of failure !!!!!!!! Success
Lika

thanks for that too. to look for the topic of failure right there? sorry damn nothing efficient dad will not prompt. okay, let's think about experimenting further
Set aside the recipes from the stove and bake according to recipes from the forum. First, check out this section. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=22.0
And you can suggest a recipe for a failed recipe if you post it and describe in detail what and how you measured it, in what order it was laid and what products were used. There can be a lot of reasons for failure, and they may not be significant at all, for example, expired yeast or incorrectly measured flour.
solen
And I have recently bought Ariete 125. I chose it for its small size and pleased the price. True, the instructions were tricky, but oh well, we'll figure it out in the process. I started by kneading pizza dough, and even the recipe from the book turned out great. The bread was baked both by instruction and with recipes on the site - it turns out great. So far, only on fast yeast, in plans to master yeast-free starter cultures
Katik
solen
Please tell me what programs are in your little stove. I need a small one, but the number of programs is embarrassing, can I bake from whole grain and rye flour?
solen
I apologize for the long silence - the Internet did not work. There are only 5 programs in my bread maker
1.base 3 hours, beeps in the middle of the program to add supplements
2.whole wheat bread 3 h 40 min, 40 to 60 rye and wheat bread works well in this mode
3.fast bread 1h 38min, it is still recommended for muffins with baking powder, yeast simple bread is baked, muffins are not yet
4. kneading the dough without baking for 1 hour 30 minutes, we use this mode to the fullest, the dough for one batch is enough for a pizza the size of a large baking sheet in the oven, although I understand that the pizza is round, but mine is also called pizza; I'm still making dough for future use, lying in the freezer, waiting in the wings.
5.Just bake 30min until your hands reach
I would like to add that there is no delayed start in the car; there is a viewing window and the mixing container itself is high enough in the oven, so the sides and bottom are pinker than the top, and the crust color is not adjustable. The loaves are small, I did not weigh the finished ones, but you can put flour no more than 350g, otherwise, when baking, the rising bread rests on the lid and the crust does not redden at all. Another surprise was the absence in the instructions, both in Russian and in English, of a mention of the jam preparation mode, although on the box there is a colorful photo with fruit and a ready-made jam in a bucket.
In general, I really like the machine for that kind of money, until there was such a thing that something did not bake or rise, the bun is kneaded perfectly, at first I hung like a kite over the stove, ready at every second either to add or add, but everything is fine succeeds without me. It looks like if it goes on like this, then I will give this machine to my mother in the summer to the dacha (she really loves one bread, gray, which cannot be bought there, I have practically run the recipe, it remains only to teach my mother; and we will buy another unit for the family, more.
Raedrik
I also have Ariete 121. I am very happy
I bake according to recipes from here, but I also want to bake bread from the instructions.

Bakers, and anyone figured out the "bags"?
If you make bread according to the recipes indicated in the instructions, how much is a bag? (in teaspoons or grams)
Lena82
Girls, very interested in your bread maker. The price is very attractive, and you write good reviews. Tell me, can you make dough for dumplings in it? And is the bucket in which the bread is baked durable? Sorry, I'm still trying to find fault, I just never had a bread machine, but I really want to. And if, when buying this bread maker, there are already weak scratches on the bucket (not deep, and so they scuffled some plastic in the store), can you buy it or is it already a marriage? I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.
Raedrik
You can make the dough
I have a bread maker since the new year, the bucket is already slightly shabby - dropped and scratched with the handle. But so far this does not interfere with the process
I am very happy with this bread maker!
What I wish you too
Lena82
Now I am the owner of the same stove. On the weekend I tried to bake bread. I baked according to the recipe for the main bread for the Panasonic bread maker (in terms of the recipe for a 500g loaf). The bread is delicious. Everyone at home liked it. Please tell me, but you always have bread on your shoulder, I have a lot left, and a rather big round hole remained in the loaf. ?? And one more thing: when you install the bucket, you always hear the click? I got it three times until it clicks, but now it is simply put with a little effort, but the click is not audible (I tried to rearrange it with the other side, still there is no click) The bucket does not disappear during baking, but is the click necessary or not necessary ???
Raedrik
Yes, I also have a hole after the stirrer. But this does not affect the taste of bread.
And I don't hear the click either, I inserted it more tightly - and let's go!
But you just need to watch if bread is kneaded from whole grain flour - once a bucket flew off

Indeed, a sachet is 11 or 7 g, and for 500 g of flour it seems like 5 g of dry yeast is used (according to the instructions for Voronezh, which I use)

Brioche, French, fast (58min) works great

I also succeeded in "this", and now I spat on everything and make all the bread on program 1.
It turns out that in half an hour of heating, the yeast has time to fully develop itself. So I bake both rye and whole grains all on the one and do not worry
