Pizza thin crispy

Ingredients

warm water 250 ml
egg (medium-sized, I took C-2) 2 pcs
olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
salt 1 tsp
wheat flour 500 g
dry fast yeast 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Of course the taste and color ... but personally I do not like "cheesecakes with sausage". The coolest, thinnest and most crunchy pizza is made by one Italian who runs a cafe in our city, but refuses to share the recipe, a thief. Therefore, I experimentally derived the following recipe
  • The filling to taste, I took salami, raw smoked ham, mozzarella cheese and small pieces of blue cheese on top for spice
  • The dough is kneaded in a bread maker in the "Dough" mode))) I recommend controlling the dough during kneading, you may need to add liquid. If the dough turns out to be a little sticky, it's okay, you can add flour during the rolling process.
  • Roll out the dough in a circle or in the size of a baking sheet - whoever likes it, the main thing is thinner. The edges will still rise slightly.
  • When there is time and desire, I stew fresh peeled tomatoes with garlic and finely chopped onions and spread the resulting mixture on the base. But today I bought a can of tomatoes in my own juice with garlic and basil and beat the contents in a blender.
  • Put the filling on top and bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 150-170 degrees (this is approximately, the ovens and modes are different for everyone). When the dough is browned and the cheese is melted, the pizza is ready.
  • It remains to get it, pour it with olive oil with some herbs, and use it with dry red wine: In my opinion, it is better to eat pizza in the heat of the heat, the next morning it’s not the same ...
  • Unfortunately, the pizza ran out quickly, leaving one non-photogenic slice

Today we got some kind of phenomenal pizza - crispy, soft and melting in your mouth!

Thank you. For my taste, this is the most successful recipe I've ever tried. By the way, the bun was not shaggy, but elastic, the consistency of dumplings.

Lenawhat a pizza !!! Do you need to let the dough stand, or roll out immediately after kneading ??
Dr. Lena
Mistletoe, thanks! In a bucket of HP I lift it 2 times, and then immediately the filling and into the oven! You can raise it 1 time, and then distance it with the filling. Somehow, the dough came up, and they called me to work, put it in the refrigerator, baked it in the morning - it was awesome pizza. Of course, in the photo, there is a big pie, and then "slices" on a plate - well, this is for our own people, I just managed to take a picture, as it spread over our mouths ...

Yesterday I made a pizza according to this recipe ... Or still my hands are not from there ... It is not possible to roll out the dough at all and it is terribly sticky, but it can still be attributed to my hands, but I achieved that it was thin by itself but when it became ready, then the layer of dough was about 1 cm, in principle, this can be seen in the photo Dr. Lenaalthough I liked the dough to taste.
In a word, I was upset about something ...

The dough turned out great! I also did not add anything, neither liquid, nor excess flour during kneading. 500 g of flour in this recipe was enough for 2 large pizzas. First baked for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of up to 200 grams. - the pizza is dry and really crispy. But they don't like my houses like that. The second pizza was baked for exactly 15 minutes at a temperature of 150-170 grams.- it turned out perfect! The dough is thin, tender, soft and very tasty! Now I will always use this recipe!

delicious pizza turned out. I liked the dough, but it didn't work out with a rolling pin - I stretched it out with my hands. I will do more. thanks for the recipe!

teach me how to bake pizza)), that is, teach me how to make a good dough. The other day I made a yeast-free dough, rolled it out thinly, baked, there was no "raw lump", but the edge of the pizza was just oak! What does "crunchy" mean in your recipe?

I always have a problem with this, the dough is always thick, it seems like I roll it out a little (

Loaded HP on the Dough mode.
I could not resist, I added a teaspoon of sugar (it happened, on the machine). Hopefully this doesn't make the pizza rise high and stays thin and crispy.

Thank you so much for the great recipe

It turned out very tasty. I made three large pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm, and there is still a bun of dough for one more pizza tomorrow. Not enough filling and sauce today.

The dough was kneaded and melted in a Redmond bread maker for 1.5 hours. When rolling out the dough, I sprinkled flour on a silicone rolling mat and tried to make the layer as thin as possible.

I will do more. A 16 year old child ordered to make pizza tomorrow. To taste, when rolled thinly, it turns out like in a good pizzeria. One layer of dough could not be rolled thinly, it turned out less tasty (for my taste), but this did not affect the speed of pizza consumption by children. I will try to roll thinly thinly.
Delicious. I advise you to cook.

Thank you! I bought a pizza maker and bake only according to this recipe. I only take 350 grams of whole grain flour, 150 - premium.
From the dough, 4 pizzas are made in the diameter of the oven (about 30 cm). So thin and crispy!

Thanks for the recipe, the pizza was being prepared in an emergency mode in front of unexpected guests, they ate it right away, I didn't even have time to take a picture. From the second half of the dough, the next day I rolled a snail with cottage cheese - it was also delicious.

it turned out really yummy!
