Rosette Cookies

Ingredients

For the test:
Wheat flour 3 tbsp.
Margarine 250 g
Sour cream 100 g
Yolks 3 pcs.

Protein 3 pcs.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Walnuts

Cooking method

  • Glass per recipe = 250 ml
  • Grate margarine, add flour, and rub with your hands. Then add yolks and sour cream and knead the dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • For the cream, beat the whites with sugar, as on a meringue.
  • Divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll each part into a thin rectangle, spread with cream, and put pieces of walnuts along the edge. Wrap the rectangle in a roll (not tight), and cut into pieces ~ 2 cm. Put the pieces of the roll, vertically, on a baking sheet.

Time for preparing:

15-20 minutes

Cooking program:

Bake at 200 *.

Sofim, I had to put the rolls in the freezer for a while. It is easier to cut afterwards. I did that.
