Ingredients

Wheat flour 300 g
Sourdough (French liquid) 130 g
Water 130 g
Salt 1.2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
Fresh yeast 6 g

Cooking method

  • The dough was made by yeast leaven
  • Any filling. I have tomato paste, mayonnaise, fried onions and champignons, fresh bell peppers, ham, cheese, spices.
