Ingredients

Water 150 ml
Flour 225 g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar 1/2 tsp
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Butter 30 g

Cooking method

  • Today I decided to try my new oven for the first time - I decided to bake a pizza. I started flipping through my cookbooks in search of a recipe for pizza dough and found it! The pizza dough according to this recipe turned out to be amazing, so I hasten to share the recipe for this dough here with you.
  • The procedure for making pizza dough:
  • I put all the ingredients without salt and oil in a bowl, quickly mixed with a silicone spatula, covered with a towel and after 20 minutes kneaded in a dough mixer, adding salt and butter. The result is a silky soft dough, almost like Italian bread. I put it away in a warm place. I waited for the dough to double, divided it into two pieces, allowed it to lie under a towel for 5 minutes and began to collect - cook pizza.

The dish is designed for

2 pizzas with a diameter of 23 cm.

Time for preparing:

2, 5 hours

Cooking program:

Baking in the oven at t-re 200 * C 30 minutes

Note

The oven did the job perfectly, the pizza turned out to be great!
But the recipe for this pizza dough turned out to be just a discovery for me! I've never done anything like that before.
I highly recommend trying it!

Try it, it's delicious. Our fried cucumbers are part of the hodgepodge, and I also add to the pizza. Cucumbers can be cut into slices and fried in oil, or into strips.

I have tried many recipes for pizza dough, I was convinced - this recipe is the best! Try it - see for yourself. Italians are the best pizza masters, that's for sure!

I got a liquid dough - I dumped it on a baking sheet, kneaded it with my hands dusty with flour to the size of a baking sheet.
The end result is a totally awesome pizza. They ate mine without leaving any crusts (usually my husband ate pizza from pizzerias, leaving dry crusts). The question is about the consistency of the dough - is it the way it should be?
In general, I'm very happy with the recipe, I still don't like to roll it out))

Yes, the dough is very tender and soft. On Italian bread, it is also kneaded in the same way, liquid, but with prolonged kneading, the dough acquires plasticity, remaining soft.

Thanks for the recipe! The first time I made pizza .. and I got it!
The dough is very tender, kneaded with hands dipped in oil. A little overdried, but it must be adjusted to the oven. A couple more times and find the right time.
