Ingredients

Pizza dough:
Wheat flour 250 g
Water 60 g
Salt 4 g
Butter 125 g
Egg 1 PC.
Pizza filling:
Curd (fatty) 150 g
Cheese (grated) 250 g
Tomatoes (large) 4 things.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Ground black pepper,
parsley (herbs), salt

Cooking method

  • Knead the puff pastry and refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours, then roll it into a layer and put in a mold with low edges. Mix cottage cheese with eggs and put on the dough. Cut the tomatoes into slices 1 - 1.5 cm thick and spread over the curd. Sprinkle on top with grated cheese, finely chopped parsley, pepper and bake in the oven for 30 - 35 minutes.

According to the pictures, this pizza did not bake the dough - it is wet.
Too high filling prevents the dough from baking. So, here you need to change the dough for such a high and moist filling.
Also, 4 tomatoes will give too much water, because of which the filling will have time to bake, but the dough will not.
Butter in 50% of the dough itself will also prevent it from baking quickly.
