Ingredients

Raw parboiled rice 1.5 multicooker cups
Minced meat (preferably unfrozen, fresh, or completely thawed) 700 g
White cabbage shredded

Pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Pour rice into a bowl, fill it with water before reaching the "2" 5 mm mark. Put raw minced meat, tomato paste in rice with water, mix everything properly (there will be practically no liquid left, it will turn out like \ "juicy \" minced meat with rice. Season with salt, pepper. 3). Add cabbage on top, pepper, spread other favorite spices and close. "Multi-cook" mode 120 degrees, 30 minutes.

Girls, my men are very fond of lazy stuffed cabbage rolls. I spent a very long time playing a cuckoo with these cabbage rolls, it was almost always undercooked, I tried different modes from cook to stewing meat. Finally, I get what I need. Very good for my taste and consistency.
After cooking, open and stir to mix rice, minced meat and cabbage. The order in which the ingredients are added is important, as the cabbage is on top and is essentially steamed without turning into a pressure spread. At the same time, rice and meat are stewed below in water, meat juice, cabbage juice, which flows down there. In this case, tomato paste was not added (in the photo, there is only tomato juice splashed with a couple of tablespoons), I don't always put it, I prefer a completely natural taste.

It turns out to be a good consistency, not dry or liquid. What I need.
