  • Devide into two parts. Roll each piece into a circle of Ø28 cm. The edges should be thinner than the middle.
  • Put the finished circle of dough into a Ø21-22 cm dish so that the edges hang down. Slightly stepping back from the edge, lay the cheese, cut into cubes.

  • Grease the dough with olive oil and then tomato sauce or ketchup. Sprinkle with grated cheese, put the filling, sprinkle with cheese again and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° until golden brown.
