Azerbaijani-Ukrainian mash in the Panasonic SR-TMH18 multicooker

Ingredients

Pork
Hard cheese
Raisins
Wine
Ketchup
Sour cream

Cooking method

  • We take a piece of pork as for chops, cut it accordingly and beat it off in the same way, not very thinly, true, but noticeably. We get the meat-chop. Salt on both sides - pepper and it lies a little - rests - soaked.
  • Then we soak the raisins.
  • We cut hard cheese into cubes (I have a Russian Shostka, I don’t like another one). Pieces of commercials are 2-3 cm by 1.5-2 cm. Large. We wrap one block and a couple of swollen-washed raisins in a chop. We turn the kruchenyk, we also pick up the meat from the sides so that the cheese does not flow out. We pin the beauty with a toothpick and put it in a cartoon, fill it with wine (today I have dry white, and usually my mother takes a red semi-dry one), so that the twists are almost covered, we put them on stewing for 2 hours. Well, or we extinguish someone as in the old fashioned way. At the end of the program, I turn on the steam for 15 minutes and slightly evaporate the wine and juice from the meat. In place of the evaporated, pour the sauce: ketchup and sour cream in equal parts, mix and there. Let it boil for a couple of minutes and that's it.

Note

This dish was my favorite until I was on a strict diet. I tried it with the mother of my Caucasian boyfriend and that's it, I lost my mind)). But I didn't have a chance to ask the exact recipe, except for raisins and cheese, I still did not understand what was in it and what a wonderful sauce. Therefore, we invented it ourselves. The sauce is a little different, but the kruchenyks themselves are awesome too. Here)

And who will be indignant about the fact that Muslims do not eat pork, I answer, my Azerbaijani acquaintances in Ukraine are about 20 years old, they eat pork and even think that shish kebab is tastier from it than from mutton))
I recommend catching the NG table

If you mix wine with pomegranate juice for stewing, then IMHO
