Ingredients

Flour
(I took 1st grade flour)
500 g
Egg
(weight without shell-105 g)
2 pcs.
Melted butter 65 g
Warm milk 75 ml
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Warm water 100 ml
Dry yeast 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • The dough was made in KhP, "Yeast dough" mode (25 minutes kneading + 1 hour of proofing). It turned out 17 pies, not small ...
  • Filling:
  • Chop mushrooms fried with onions and carrots (I passed them through a meat grinder twice) and use them as a filling.
