Help me deal with the bread maker! Inherited from relatives. Oven Moulinex AVKE ... I read everything in the topic about mules, did not find anything about it ... And I really want to bake bread.

The instruction is lost, there is nothing on the internet, except for a brief description.
We only know this:
FUNCTIONAL POSSIBILITIES: traditional bread (3 h 15 min.); quick baking (2 hours 2 minutes); wheat bread (3 h 54 min.); soft bread (3 h 29 min.); white bread (3 h 35 min.); cake (1 h 35 min.); dough kneading (13 min.); pizza dough (1 h 10 min.); making jam (1 h 20 min.).

But where is what mode on the display is not clear ...
Here are the pictures of the display:

In general, with Mulinex (I had 30001 before), the program is selected with the menu button. How many times you press such a program number should light up on the scoreboard. Next to the menu is a button for choosing the color of the crust. There also, how many times you press the color arrow moves and the scoreboard above the numbers 1,2, 3. Naturally, the larger the number, the darker the crust. Use the button with the weight to select the weight, you will see a check mark opposite the left side (500, 750). Well, with the + and - buttons, set the delay time, in other words, it's a timer.

Judging by the drawings in other stoves of this company, your programs mean the following

1: Cupcake
2-5: This is a matter of consistency, but will likely be as usual: traditional bread (plain), quick baked goods, wheat bread (French), soft bread or white bread
6:
7: Unleavened dough (dumplings, dumplings)
8: Pizza (yeast dough)
9: Judging from the picture, it looks like whole flour bread.
10: Sweet bread (heavy muffin type)
11: Baking.

In general, when you turn on the program, the time should be on the display and you can determine which program it is.

I looked at the programs by time:
1. -3 hours (bun, roll, rich bread)
2. -4.10 (peasant, village bread)
3 -3.50 (white bread)
4 -2.50 (white bread, bun with raisins)
5-58 minutes (white bread, gray bread)
6 -1.43 (muffins)
7-1.30 (yeast dough for muffins ???)
8-1.50 (yeast pizza dough)
9 -3.30 (beer bread)
10-1.05 (jam)
11-1.00 ??

She translated the instructions from English, laid out the recipes given in it by programs and time ...
Maybe now someone will correct me ...

Now only EXPERIENCE can tell you! Take the simplest recipe for white bread without problems and start baking it on each of the proposed modes. Be sure to write down the baking results (weight, crust color, mode)! After 10-15 bakes you will already have an idea of this "beast" Because even within the same model, each stove behaves differently, believe me! Your task now is to find out exactly how YOUR BAKERY behaves.
I do not recommend baking for 58 minutes. In Kenwoods there is such a "super fast mode" - the bullshit comes out, has been tested many times.
GOOD LUCK! Everything will work out!

I think you made a mistake in program 5, 58 minutes - it can only be quick baking, it needs 1.5-2 times more yeast, the taste suffers from this. We made a mistake in program 7. There, apparently, 13 minutes - this is unleavened dough for dumplings, dumplings, pasta, lasagna and muffins on a baking powder. And program 11 is just baking. It is used for manual mode, for example for rye, it is very convenient.First, knead on the Pizza setting, let it rise for 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes and turn on the baking. It turns out better than on a special program. And yet, program 3 - 3.50 - in Moulinex it is most likely French.

Good day! I use the Moulinex TYPE ABKE bread maker, which I inherited from my sister. The instruction downloaded on the Internet does not quite fit: the programs do not match. I bake only regular white bread on the first program. I really want to figure out how to bake muffins and knead dumplings (if at all possible on my HP). Please share your recipes and program numbers !!!

Admin, oooh, there is no way to figure it out at all ((apparently, my HP is quite ancient, they no longer use such, since there is so little information about it
Admin
And here is it? It is enough to translate the names of the programs on the scoreboard through a translator, and then use the bread recipes from the forum.
The principle of baking bread is the same everywhere in the programs.

Is there a BASIC or BASIC program? So much for baking white wheat bread. Putting in the ingredients and let's go. You need to try, and not be afraid
Daria174
Admin, there is no program name, only vague pictures on the case, and only program numbers and time on the display.
The author of the topic also faced such a problem ((I will use her experience, perhaps
I figured it out with ordinary white bread, I bake on program 1 (3 hours 05 minutes)
I really want to make dumplings dough in HP, but I'm afraid that the power may not be enough.

Try to determine by time, on which program what time is set. On the main program, you can bake pure wheat bread and wheat-rye bread, they have the same rules for kneading and baking.

Dumplings can be kneaded on the main program, only in the part of the kneading and then turn off the x / oven - continue to work with handles, roll out the dough.

And just in general, on the forum in the section dumplings dough, you can find kneading dumplings dough in a regular blender in a few minutes - it turns out fine, and you don't need to drive a x / stove for this.
