Ingredients

Wheat flour 6 tbsp. l.
Milk 10 tbsp. l.
Sugar 8 Art. l.
Vegetable oil 6 tbsp. l.
Chicken egg 2 pcs.
Cocoa powder 3-4 tbsp. l.
Starch 2 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Because the biscuit after baking turns out to be very tender, it does not even need impregnation, but a little bit can be sprinkled with something coffee-alcoholic.
  • I cite the recipe unchanged:
  • First, beat the egg with sugar.
  • Then add cocoa to our mixture and mix gently.
  • Now add flour, starch and baking powder to our chocolate mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
  • Next, add vegetable oil and milk to the resulting rather thick dough. We knead well.
  • (I first beat the eggs with sugar well, then added everything else and beat at low speed with a mixer)
  • We pour our dough into a greased mold and send it to the microwave at maximum power. If the power is 1000 - then for 4 minutes, if 800 - for 5 minutes.
  • Decorated with protein-custard with the addition of instant coffee (added to the syrup when it was brewing). Well, I'll tell you the taste of this cream !!!!!!!!
