Chicken Breasts in Creamy Sauce

Ingredients

Chicken breast fillet 2 pcs.
Medium onion 1 PC.
Rast. oil 2 spoons
Garlic 1 clove
Small jar of chopped champignons
Small box 20% cream
(exactly 20%)
tried a different percentage .. worse
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • First we cut everything !!
  • Breast fillets .. cut across .. into layers 3 mm wide.
  • The thinner the bulb in half rings .. the better.
  • Opening the champignons

Throw the whole onion into the butter .. stirring vigorously, blanch it .. no more than 5 minutes ... Then put the chopped breasts .. salt ..
  • stirring, bring to a state where the middle is still a little reddish .. drain the mushrooms and into the pan ... interfere with them .. As soon as the breasts have ceased to be red in the middle .. pour out a box of cream ... Turn off ... DONE ...
  • Put the noodles into portions .. pour the cooked breasts on top with creamy sauce !!!
  • Chicken breasts can be replaced with salmon or trout .. cut into 2 x 2 cm cubes .... BETTER !!!! but more expensive ...

... The eggs themselves give a YELLOW color .. the more .. the yellower .. you can use TURKUM ..
GREEN is achieved by adding SPINACH
PURPLE .. adding beetroot juice
But the colors are not saturated .. And nevertheless KRrrrASWO !!!
