But it was not useful for me, that is, the bread according to my own instructions turns out fine, but it does not suit me normally, I want it well (I have the right), then I began to do everything exactly the opposite, first sugar, salt, oil, yeast in different angles, then flour, and then liquid, it became good. I'll show you the pictures in the evening.

How can you get to this glorious 121 pages? Opens only 66 pages of this manual and not a page more.
Caprice
Try to wait for everything to load, then download (save) the page. There, a rather large file is obtained, a little over 2 megabytes. I just tried it, everything loads and opens. If you want, I can send it to the mail.

Thanks a lot for the tip, but somehow my anticipation is not rewarded in any way. I, literally, the other day became the owner of this HP and have already managed to bake 2 delicious bread. Of course, like every beginner, I have questions. Therefore, I would like to have instructions in Russian.
If possible, I would like to ask you a question. If I want to bake bread without the participation of dairy products, then what can I substitute for Avkat Halav Malbin? Sl. butter can be replaced with margarine, but what to do with milk powder? Or can it be removed from the recipe altogether?

Are you lactose resistant?
There are enough dairy-free recipes.
There are two options:
1) it is not at all necessary to use recipes with the presence of ordinary or powdered milk;
2) use malbin cafe parve, or soy milk, which is sold in super.
Butter in baked goods is often completely substituted for vegetable oil. Personally, I often do just that.

I repeat once again: I can send you the downloaded instruction by mail. Just, my expectation was fully rewarded and the page opened completely, which gave me the opportunity to save the file in full.

I would be very, very grateful to you if you can help me with the instructions. If this is not difficult for you, please send me the Russian text.
In ordinary baked goods (cakes, pies), I often replace sl. oil does not grow, but at the same time I respect the proportions. Number grows. butter should be 80% of butter. How does it work in bread baking?
Please write me your name, otherwise it is inconvenient to use your nickname.
Caprice
My name is Irina. For the third time I propose to send you instructions, but you still haven't even written your email, either here or in PM. And where to send it, if at all? Personally, I don't really need it, I have been using this HP for many years.
I usually replace butter with the same amount of vegetable oil. In any case, in baking bread.
Jeanne330
Ira, dear, forgive me, please! For some reason I decided that my email. the address is on the forum, because I wrote it during registration.

Thank you so much for your concern !!!

But not everyone, Magpie-Crow, you are ours! I haven't been given yet
Until you post this old .pdf somewhere, we will beg. Do not blame me!

The file is located at:

but it is now truncated to 26 pages of English text.

I recently visited the "Mahsanei Hashmal" in Russian LeZion and saw only 2 HPs there, and only Richard Morphy: 48290 & 48039. I have no prejudices towards the Company. But there is a question for the owners of these stoves.
These particular models of Richard Morphy have been produced for 4-5 years.Have they been modernized during this time? Or just cosmetic? Which one is preferable?
Yours faithfully,
Jamis

You might think you gave me your mail so that I could send it to you.
Hang out somewhere on an ongoing basis - you have to pay for hosting, but I'm lazy
In general, write your mail - I will send it to you.
Jamis
Thank you Caprice.
Address in the LAN.
You are the owner of 48290 from what year? Or maybe you remember which revision is indicated in the technical documentation of your device?
Caprice
Jamis, I've been using it for 5 years. This is my second stove. The first one safely "rested in the Bose" last year. And I bought the second one the same. Least of all I was interested in technical problems, such as what year the revision was, etc.
Jamis
And me, an electronics engineer, at first most of all interested in just "technical troubles".
For friends in Ukraine, I slightly improved their HP because of the frequent loss of mains voltage in cities and towns of the "independent". Fortunately, this problem is still absent here.
I listened to your "recommendations" and purchased 48290.
I hope, like you, I will not regret it.
Please take patronage, Timurovite!
