Ingredients

Red beans (I have black) 3 measuring cups
Bulb onions 1 PC
Carrot 1 PC
Meat (any) 300 BC
Tomato paste or ketchup 2-4 st. spoons (I have 5 spoons of homemade ketchup type)
Salt taste
Pepper taste
Adjika taste
Sauce "Tobasco" taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Soak beans in cold water and leave overnight. (I usually take the Mistral and don't soak it)
  • 2. Cut the meat into small pieces, cut the onion and carrots into cubes. (I usually don't use carrots, rub onions with Burner.)
  • 3. Put the meat in a pressure cooker bowl, add onions, carrots, choose "Roasting" or "Oven", third level, time 2 minutes, fry with the lid open, the knob in the "closed" position.
  • 4. At the end of frying, add beans to the meat, prolong the water 1 measuring cup (if the beans were not soaked beforehand, then 2 cups are better), close the lid, select "Multipovar" mode, 120 degrees, time 15-20 minutes, press the "start" button.
  • 5. At the end of cooking "Warming up" 5-10 minutes.
  • 6. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs before serving.

Beans are tasty, nutritious, healthy. It is imperative to eat beans, there are a great variety of dishes with beans. Today I have black beans with turkey, I wanted to cook a red one, but only black was available, of course it may not look pretty, but the aroma from the plate ... mmmm delicious. I liked the dish, although the child asked that it was all so dark, because the meat had acquired the color of beans.

I do this for myself without meat, just in tomato sauce, I can add seaweed or asparagus.
