  • With a tablespoon, spread the dough in heaps on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil at a distance of 3 cm. With a damp hand, flatten the cookies to 1.25 cm in height. Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until the cookies are lightly browned (staying soft). Transfer to a wire rack until it cools completely.

  • What do you need:

  • 3 cups oatmeal

  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1½ cups fresh cranberries (blended)
  • What to do:
  • Preheat the oven to 190 C (375 F). In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, ginger, nutmeg, and cereal. Add vegetable oil. Add cranberries and brown sugar, mix well. Leave in the cold for 1 hour.

He (in the sense of the recipe) took 1st place in the competition "Best Pastry with Margarine", which was held by the local oil and fat factory. Accordingly, this cookie is on margarine, but if you replace it with butter, it will only taste better!

Oatmeal cookies with kvass

1 cup flour
2 cups oatmeal
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts
½ cup raisins
125 g butter margarine
¼ cup sugar
1/3 cup kvass concentrate
1 tsp baking soda (pay off)
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Pour dry kvass with hot water (as for rye bread) and leave to cool completely.
