Pork rolls with tomatoes and cheese in kefir filling

Ingredients

Pork pulp 600 g
Cheese 50-70 g
A tomato 2 pcs
Bulb onions 1 PC
Salt taste
Pepper taste
Adjika 0.5 tsp
Kefir 150-200 ml
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the meat into neat steaks 1.5-2 cm thick.
  • 2. We beat off through the film
  • 3. Salt and pepper one surface of the meat (the one that will be the inner one).
  • 4. Put a circle of tomato and a slice of cheese.
  • 5. We wrap it in a roll, I was afraid that they might turn around and for a minute "squeezed" them in the grill, thereby they were compressed.
  • 6. Put the rolls in a saucepan, put onions and fill them with filling.
  • 7. Pouring: mix kefir with mayonnaise, adjika, salt, pepper and those spices and herbs that you like.
  • 8. Filled with filling. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
  • 9. Choose the mode "Multi-cook" 120 degrees, 7 minutes.
  • Mine are happy and full.
  • Served with rice, also cooked in a cuckoo. I cooked rice in a steel saucepan. It is still convenient to have two saucepans.
