Ingredients

Eggs (if small - 3) 2 pcs.
Glass (approx. 200 ml):
Flour 1 tbsp.
Sour cream 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Soda 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon
Apple (better sour) 1 PC.
Butter 1 tsp
Vanilla sugar

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs together with sugar, then add sour cream, flour, soda (can be extinguished with vinegar). I mix everything with a mixer.
  • Grease the mold with oil (I baked in silicone, so I didn't smear anything), pour out half of the dough. Peel the apple and cut into slices (rather thin, up to 0.5 cm thick). Place the slices on the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and pour the other half of the dough. Bake in a hot oven until tender. Put the finished pie on a dish and grind with powdered sugar.
