Potato cutlets with fish

Ingredients

potatoes 5 pieces
trout or salmon 200 g
butter 50 g
vegetable oil for frying
a tomato 1 PC
green onions 4-5 nib

Cooking method

  • Boil potatoes, make mashed potatoes with butter. Boil the fish, disassemble into small pieces. Finely chop the onion and tomato. Connect everything. Form plump cutlets, roll in flour and fry them in a well-heated frying pan for 2 minutes on each side. Or you can skip steaming with cutlets and make a casserole.
