Ingredients

Eggs 4 things
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Flour 4 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs + sugar until sooooo good foam and continue beating.
  • Then add one spoonful of flour and continue to beat at very small turns, as if mixing the flour into the egg-sugar foam.
  • Grease the cuckoo bowl with oil, pour out the biscuit dough, select the mode "Oven" level 1, 40 minutes, you could put 35... This biscuit pleased me more than on the "Biscuit" program. But nothing, we will experiment. I hope that Biscuit will also be able to get good pastries.

I continue my experiments with our saucepan. The first evening I baked a biscuit on the "Biscuit" mode - it didn't work out. I will try some other recipe. This biscuit was baked differently.

I ate like that. Mine with boiled and plain condensed milk. But this biscuit asks to moisten it with some kind of syrup ... well, that's for my taste. And so for homemade tea, you can grease with jam.

GVitara, congratulations on your purchase. Yes, you are right only 4. You can make a double portion, but I often increase it to 6. At the same time, I increase the baking mode to a maximum of 50 minutes.

Did you do Biscuit or Oven on the program? Honestly, I don’t know why you did it. On Biscuit, it may not rise and be tough (the jamb of the program), but that would be an explosion ... I don't quite understand
