um, thanks
tastes like my favorite cinnamon rolls.
I added apples, and there are holes in the bread, next time I will do it without apples with raisins

But my creation, everything is exactly according to the author's recipe, the bun turned out right away, the dough is great, but the finished product is simply delicious, my family was wildly delighted, barely had time to take a picture to the Author - thanks!

max panason!
thanks for the recipe !!! The bread turned out to be delicious, really festive! But this is bread, not baked goods. I made different filling and noticed that when apples were added, big holes were really obtained, where the filling was. And yet - when baking, I set it for 55 minutes, but looked after the end of the program, and the top was completely white, added 2 more times the baking time, for a total of 17 minutes. Everything was baked well.
Everyone liked the result!

Thank you

how exactly to achieve baking (factory) - I don't know Butter, eggs - when added exactly when baking in the oven, they do not add much flavor.
Here's another recipe for edibility.

I tried to make variations, this is what I decided for myself:
- it tastes better with apples than without them - without apples it turns out a little dry
- I decided not to do it with nuts, I don’t like soaked nuts in baking
- oil with cinnamon, as for me, you need a little more
- it is better to cut apples into thin slices, then there will be no holes in the baking

And yet, I wanted the best
oiled with butter between the rolls, and as a result, the layers did not stick together, when cutting, portioned roses turned out

And I pre-fry the nuts in a dry frying pan, then they do not soak, and they add aroma

I have zero in bread baking, only yesterday they brought me an oven and baked only one bread for now ...
I really wanted to do it according to your recipe, but I can't understand anything in this line:

wrap it up. we put two on the bottom in a bucket, two on them, crush what is sticking out, form a roof (for beauty

who do we wrap? two of which are we spreading to the bottom and on whom are two more on them? how to form a lid? (((
I don't understand anything: (tell me, please ..

According to this recipe, I do this: I divide the finished dough into 4 equal parts, roll out each part into a layer 2-3 cm wider than the width of the bucket, as long as it goes, lay out the filling, wrap the edges (so that the filling does not crawl out from the ends) like this so that the width of the layer turns out to be equal to the width of the bucket, I roll it into a roll and put 2 rolls on the bottom of the bucket and two more rolls on top of them and put them on the proofer. I don't form a roof.

Tell me how to make a poppy seed filling for such bread? And the second option - with dried apricots? I'm just starting to bake ...

And how thick should the rolled dough be?

Folding rolls along the bucket?
