Ingredients

Wheat leaven 115 g
Wheat flour 150 g
Rye flour 50 g
Milk 100 g
Serum 100 g
Fresh yeast 2 g
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 115 grams of dispersed (from germinated wheat) wheat sourdough.
  • Mix.
  • The dough should stand for 40 minutes.
  • Fry as usual.
