Cupcake Can't be cheaper (no eggs)

Ingredients

Kefir 0.5 l (500 g)
Soda 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 cup (245 g)
Sugar 1-1.5 stkn (250 g)
Wheat flour 3 cups (450 g)
Raisins taste
Semolina for sprinkling the form 2 tbsp. l.
Rast. mold oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I did half of the serving.
  • Combine soda with kefir and leave for 10 minutes. Then beat with vegetable oil (I have corn oil), continuing to beat, add sugar. Beat until sugar is completely dissolved. Add flour, beat again. Add raisins, stir.
  • Leave the dough for 30 minutes.
  • Grease the mold (or molds) with butter, sprinkle with semolina, lay out the dough.
  • Bake preheated to 200aboutFrom the oven until light brown.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

I understand that without a photo it is not very convincing, but the recipe is so successful and simple that you should pay attention to it! From myself, I added a little vanilla and slightly soaked the raisins in cognac, I really love this combination of aromas in baking.

NIZA , eat to your health! This is nothing without a photo, the main thing is you liked it! My muffins often crack too. Try to lower the baking temperature to 180C. I do not bake on such a temperature, because then my oven completely stops fuming and you can wait until the morning, when the top turns red.

Both times I ate without a trace.

Yes, no flipping. The last one did 65 + 25 minutes, everything worked out great, only I forgot to put the raisins. I don't know what the baking time depends on, I check it with a skewer. In a bread maker I did it twice - in a mulk better. The advantages of a bread machine are no dirty dishes, the whole batch is in it. And a minus, at least for me, I tried in two programs, the temperature regimes are not very satisfied. But this may be the specificity of my HP. And so the cake is very tasty and not overwhelming.
