Ingredients

Mix of legumes and grains 150-200 grams
Smoked ribs 1-2 pcs. cut
Water (ready-made broth) 1.2 liters (I took ready-made chicken broth), you can take meat instead of broth.
Bulb onions 1 PC. cut
Carrot 1 PC. cut
Tomato 1-2 pcs. (took 1 large) cut
Potatoes 2-3 pcs. according to the taste and thickness of the soup
Sweet pepper 1 small chop
Garlic Crush 2 teeth with a knife
Greens 1-2 tbsp. l cut
A mixture of peppers and spices 1 tsp
Bitter pepper a few rings to taste (used pickled peppers)

Cooking method

  • Preliminary preparation.
  • 1. Take a measuring cup of the mixture of legumes from the bag. I add a little more pearl barley, whole oat grain, chickpeas, several types of beans. I stir the mixture.
  • 2. I take 150-200 grams of this mixture, rinse and soak in water for about overnight - 8-9 hours. I pour a lot of water, 2.5 times higher than the cereal level. In the morning I drain the water, rinse the mixture once, and so leave the mixture until the soup is boiled. It is not necessary to soak the mixture longer.

  • Cooking.
  • 1.include Browning mode, level 2, time 10 minutes.

  • 6.close the lid, expose Multi-cook mode, 12-15 minutes, temperature 110 *.
  • The cooking time depends on the desired degree of boiling of the legumes - beans. 12 minutes of time was enough for me. The large beans were ready, but not boiled in mashed potatoes.

Well, very tasty soup turned out !!!!
In all, in moderation, small cereals like lentils boiled down and thickened the liquid in the soup a little. But large legumes, beans, barley, chickpeas remained intact - and this contrast greatly influenced the taste of the soup. And the very combination of legumes and grains, smoked brisket also gives a great taste to the soup !!!
Serve with green onion and sour cream!
