Baked potatoes in a Panasonic multicooker

Category: Vegetable and fruit dishes

Ingredients

Potatoes
Fat
Hmeli-suneli
Salt
Rast. oil

Cooking method

  • Yesterday I baked potatoes in my cartoon. Delicious. I cut the potatoes into quarters, but whoever likes it, put a few pieces of pork lard, seasoned the hops-suneli, salted, poured with vegetable oil and put in baking mode for 50 minutes, but this is a lot, it takes about 40-45 minutes, but depending on which you have a portion.

Note

The potatoes melted in my mouth, it was so delicious. Especially with freshly baked bread.

And peeled potatoes? It's hard to see in the photo.

Delicious potatoes are obtained in Pilaf mode.
Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces. Pour a little sunflower or olive oil into a multicooker saucepan. Put potatoes, sprinkle with your favorite seasoning (you can just dill), salt, if necessary. Pilaf mode. Can be opened and mixed once.

Yes, peeled potatoes, but you can fresh and not peel.

Dashulya, on baking for 50 minutes and never stirred?

And how much to bake potatoes in Pilaf mode?
Lenusya
VIKKA , the Pilaf mode is automatic, that is, the multicooker will turn off by itself

Made in pilaf mode. I liked it very much! Baked-boiled potatoes turned out, but how she could do it without water at all is a complete mystery to me

Apparently, the liquid is still released from the potatoes during cooking, and that's enough for the program.

I did the young one in the uniform:
at first in the cooking mode for a couple of 20 minutes
then cut into slices, and in the baking mode for 20 minutes. in unrefined sunflower oil with onions, sprinkled with coarse sea salt and dry herbs
Qween
Alexandra , how does your version differ in taste from raw potatoes on "Plov"? Does it stay intact? Today I want to cook the way you want. I can even smell
Alexandra
qween,

Yes, it doesn't fall apart. And in general, I only threw salt on top of the sea salt, because steamed without salt has an excellent taste. More dietary way, shorter
She herself did not eat - but the son approved categorically
Qween
You know, Alexandra , I generally like to put a little salt. Salty food makes my throat tickle.
Today I will cook diet potatoes for dinner, and we will eat it with non-diet pickled fish
And, in general, pickled fish is not very harmful? Sorry for the offs
Alexandra
queen - if marinated with olive oil in lemon juice - very useful

Fish in general
Qween
Alexandra, marinated fish, just like you said! Only different vegetables are added, but I think this is only better.
It's just that I have a "secret" recipe for this fish since Soviet times, and before - you yourself know what the concept of healthy and non-healthy dishes was.
Sofim
qween, stop teasing the recipe, let's go to the studio!
Qween
Sofim, I never thought. It's just that, little by little, I have a question about healthier food.
Now I'll take a picture of what is left and write, Of course, in a new topic.
Alexandra
qween, please write diet recipes in Temka about recipes and secrets of healthy food

In the "pilaf" mode it turns out great. Today I made potatoes with eggplant, paprika and tomato like that. Everything is whole, not falling apart and not raw. I didn't add oil, only salt and spices.

For the new year I made potatoes almost according to these tips. I cut the potatoes into quarters, put the chopped ham on top (half meat, half lard, did not cut the crust) and put on the Pilaf mode. When the multicooker squeaked, I opened it, but the potatoes were not fried, but boiled. I put it on the Baking for another hour, regularly turning the browned side. It turned out magically.
The brother, who looked at the slow cooker with disbelief, saying that he didn’t really believe that something would be fried in it, took all his words back and dropped two plates.
She herself would not have guessed to put the potatoes on the Pilaf mode. Thanks for the advice!

Thank you, Dashulya, very tasty. The only thing I did not understand was that with salt. I poured oil on the potatoes, sprinkled with spices and salt, mixed. But during cooking, the salt appears to drip down. The bottom potato turned out to be saltier. Apparently I'll have to stir it while cooking ... but I'm too lazy ..
