Cooking speed, total and active times in the CUCKOO 1054

The speed of cooking is ensured by optimally selected temperature algorithms, which are set by the processor, an induction heater, a unique bowl design, high pressure and energy-saving technologies. Providing high-speed heating of a cold bowl of food to the cooking temperature.
But not due to the high temperature, as some people mistakenly believe.

The maximum cooking temperature at the starting heating is 120 degrees, in the cooking mode from 80 to 100 degrees.

Most of the time during cooking is spent on bringing a cold saucepan with water and food, in our case a bowl, to the boiling point.

The induction heater quickly heats the entire bowl evenly over the entire surface from bottom to top, which reduces cooking time by up to 30% compared to pressure cookers with a traditional heater and creates the best gentle cooking temperature in a sealed bowl with the same temperature at every point in the bowl volume.

Total and active cooking times in the CUCKOO 1054
For example, we set to cook a dish (thick soup, with small pieces of meat).
We set the Multi-cook mode, 15 minutes, temperature 110 *. The total cooking time is 45-50 minutes.

Time Algorithm in this mode, something like this:
1. - the time to heat up the coldest saucepan and raw foods in the saucepan to the cooking (boiling) temperature is about 15 minutes, in our case until the temperature reaches 110 *.
The warm-up time and the temperature rise are approximately 15 minutes.
2. - time ACTIVE set by us 15 minutes, during which the dish is cooked at a high temperature. The number 15 appears on the screen of the device and the countdown begins, which tends to zero.
The active time is 15 minutes.
3. - after the ACTIVE time has elapsed, the multicooker stops heating completely, and it begins to slowly drop the temperature and release the pressure to a safe level. We observe this by the valve, which periodically releases steam.
Time to release pressure is approximately 15 minutes
4. - when the pressure reaches a safe value, an intensive release of steam begins, which is indicated by the multicooker (with the voice "steam release"), and the steam rushes out from the valve with a noise. A time of 3 minutes appears on the scoreboard, which decreases to zero.
Time for steam release is 3 minutes.
5. - The dish is ready!
We calculate the total cooking time of the dish 15 + 15 + 15 + 3 = 48 minutes.

Warm-up time and temperature rise and accordingly the total cooking time depends on:
- the volume of poured (poured) into the pan
- a large piece, or finely chopped
- cold or hot food in the pan
and will vary depending on these factors, but is approximately 15-20 minutes.

Active time, manually set by us will always be permanent, and will never change independently.

Time to relieve pressure laid down by the program and almost constantly.

Time to let off steam laid down by the program, is permanent

Here, based on these calculations, and calculate the approximate cooking time for the dish in the Multi-Cook mode.

VRHP
Well, now I finally understood why it was not clear to me before the cooking time that everyone in the recipes indicates.
In my model, the Multi Cook does not behave at all like that over time, for me for this mode it is just not the active one that is set, but the total cooking time. That is, we started and put Multi Cook at 21-30 for 30 minutes, and then at 22-00 the cooking will be completely finished and the steam is completely released.

Here's a problem.

This algorithm is calculated for the CUCKOO 1054 model.

1. - the time to heat up the coldest saucepan and raw foods in the saucepan to the cooking (boiling) temperature is about 15 minutes, in our case until the temperature reaches 110 *.
The warm-up time and the temperature rise are approximately 15 minutes.

Warm-up speed depends on many factors:
- the temperature of the pan itself
- food temperature (frozen or warm)
- the size of the pieces (very large or small pieces)
- the number of bookmarks (a little or a full pan)
For each of these factors there will be a warm-up time, a rise in temperature, which can be tracked independently on the clock.

The same applies to Relieving pressure.
3. - after the ACTIVE time has elapsed, the multicooker stops heating completely, and it begins to slowly drop the temperature and release the pressure to a safe level. We observe this by the valve, which periodically ejects steam.
Time to release pressure is approximately 15 minutes

The time depends on the amount of bookmark, the amount of pressure accumulated in the pan during cooking.
And this factor can also be tracked independently, in different situations, by the hour.

Here, something like this
In this topic, I tried to familiarize users of CUCKOO 1054 with what makes up the total cooking time, including by cycles.
Time indicated is APPROXIMATE!

So, I saw this info on the internet, I found it interesting - read it yourself, count it yourself, evaluate it yourself

How much electricity does the Multicooker consume?

1 Example: If the power of a multicooker is 700 watts, then for the preparation of one dish, electricity costs will average about 20-30 kopecks, depending on the mode, which is very beneficial compared to electric ovens, electric stoves or electric ovens.

2 Example: If the power is 1000 watts, this is 1 kW. On average, 1 kW / hour is equal to 2-3 rubles. This means that for a whole hour of operation, the multicooker will spend from 2 to 3 rubles for electricity. A multicooker consumes electricity in cycles, which reduces electricity consumption (on average 0.2 kW / hour). Consequently, on average, an hour of continuous operation will cost from 40 to 60 kopecks for electricity.

3 Example: If you have an electric stove, then when using a multicooker, electricity consumption will be approximately halved.
4 Example: If you cook 1-2 times a day (Multicooker PANASONIC 4.5l 670W), then the cost of electricity is 10-15 rubles per month, depending on the modes (according to personal experience).
