Meatballs in tomato and zucchini gravy (Multicooker)

Ingredients

minced meat 500 g
egg 1 PC
sugar 1 tbsp
2 tablespoons of tomato paste + 3 tablespoons of water (I took 5 tablespoons of finished tomato puree)
squash caviar 150-180 gr
sour cream 4 tbsp (with a slide)
boiling water 1-1.5 st
salt
oil for frying

Cooking method

  • I still have store-bought squash caviar, I’m sorry to throw it away, but I don’t want to finish it, I was not successful. I remembered advice Stren, about meat and squash caviar, so I identified it in meatballs.
  • We turn on the BAKING mode, we use only this mode, and we do everything very quickly
  • Finely chop the onion and fry with diluted tomato paste and sugar, stirring for ~ 7-10 minutes. At this time, mix the minced meat with an egg, salt, spices (optional), beat off a little. Prepare a filling of squash caviar, sour cream and boiling water.
  • To make balls of minced meat - meatballs, I made large ones, put them in a slow cooker on onions with tomato and pour over the zucchini-sour cream filling. Cook for another 20 minutes in the BAKERY. Turn off and let stand a little under the lid, walk.
  • ALL!!!
  • I didn't eat it myself. But, no one guessed what the gravy was from and, judging by how quickly everyone had dinner, it was delicious
  • In the morning, for breakfast, the remaining pasta and gravy went for a sweet soul.

And I ate In fact, very tasty, very home-like! We didn't take pictures, they came home late from work and the hungry husband had no time for pictures. And why duplicate, one-on-one meatballs Only I had real pasta, with a hole. I love them
I went to give out the plus signs. Lika for the recipe, Stella for the idea

I also thought about macrons with a hole for these meatballsMeatballs in tomato and zucchini gravy (Multicooker), but only spaghetti was found in the "bins of the Motherland". I had to replace it with horns.

But today we have a classic - pike cutlets with mashed potatoes

Lika, THANK YOU for this recipe !!!
I did it several times already, I fed both my family and parents (right in the multicooker and drove ...). I liked it very much!
True, I don't like meatballs better, but meatballs.
I will repeat it many times! It is a fact!

Lika, thanks for the idea!
I cooked for my husband, he is a big lover of squash caviar. After supper I asked him what he had just eaten and answered: "Something tasty."
For a side dish, I made corn porridge in a cartoon, then cooled it and cut it into pieces. Then I watered these pieces with this squash gravy. I have not tried it, but even in appearance it was very appetizing.

Lika, came to say thank you very much for the recipe!

Today I prepared it according to your recipe with minor modifications.

Fried finely chopped onions in MV, then added carrots. While everything was fried, I quickly grated the zucchini on a grater. I put some of the grated zucchini in a saucepan, salted. I laid out the meatballs, then the remaining zucchini, salted again. Poured a mixture of tomato paste, sour cream and a little sugar. Brought to a boil and set to stew. It turned out very tasty.

Today I cooked meatballs, as a side dish there was buckwheat. I liked it very much, the squash caviar is not felt at all. I don't really like her, but I had to use nada. In general, many thanks to the author.

Thanks for the recipe! I made so many meatballs that on the third day I couldn't climb. And here is such a gravy. I immediately used the recipe, only there was no caviar, but there were fresh zucchini. It turned out very tasty, they were smart about both cheeks. I will now cook meatballs according to this recipe. Thank you!
