Yes, I see multicooker progress does not stand still and all new models fall on our Ukrainian expanses.
I bought a DEX yogurt maker a month and a half ago and, in principle, I am very pleased with it, but I discovered on ibuy that two DEX multicooker are expected to be delivered

But it is not yet clear how they differ from each other except for the price?
Call them to find out when these multi are expected.
And, in general, it has long been known that China is not always bad or of poor quality. I have the simplest ORion juicer, but it has been plowing for 4 years.
But office. Dex's website in Ukraine:

This is the rice cooker Karrsen Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. Guangdong, China

You can try Israeli women about this rice cooker, they were all sold out in an instant, now they are not selling. The people were pleased with the quality.

The thickness of the pan is surprising. Then the pan should be very heavy, take a long time to warm up (uneconomical)

What does "price with review" mean? Until you sing, there is nothing to say. Until you buy it, you don’t use it ...

2.5 mm is the standard thickness of the pan in rice cookers. My saucepan is 3.5mm, sometimes 4mm and 4.5mm. That's why I chose mine because it is a relatively thick pan and a titanium coating. It keeps heat for a long time (that is, economically), eats little electricity, does not burn anything.

+1.

In my YUMMI, too, 2.5 is not heavy. I felt Panasonkovskaya live in the market - it seemed like a toy, light, one-on-one with our inexpensive rice pots.

Hello. Yesterday we brought a cartoon DEX-50. It looks pretty decent, the saucepan looks and the coating is pretty strong - there is nothing to compare.
The programs are
1. (rice / spaghetti)
2. (spaghetti express / rice express)
3. (Boiling)
4. (Steam cooking)
5. (frying)
6. (baking)
7. (stewing from 1 to 4 hours, from 5-10 hours, simmering)
8. (heating).

I cooked borscht with a bang, rice without discussion is super, and all according to recipes from Panas. While the sea of emotions. Super thing.

The set includes a multi-glass, a steamer stand, a spatula, a ladle, a spoon holder is attached to the body for shovels, a recipe book.

girls, what is the difference between the DEX10 and DEX50 multicooker models? It seems both are 4 liters, the power is the same

How many looked, nothing anywhere. Only price and appearance
Here is infa from the official site for modes

DEX10
spaghetti, rice, steaming, soup, porridge, frying, quick cooking, baking, cake

DEX50
spaghetti, rice, spaghetti express, rice express, boiling, steaming, frying, baking, quenching, languishing, heating

===========================

Girls, I'm with the cartoon DEX-50 !!!!!!!!!
I look at her - I'm not overjoyed
Warranty period - 2 years
Her saucepan looks sturdier than that of Panas. Heavier - that's for sure. The coating is dense, reminiscent of the coating on Tefal pans. Located on both the outer and inner sides. The outer diameter, along the rim, is 23 cm, the inner diameter is about 21.8 cm. They write that it can be washed in a dishwasher at low temperatures.
The spoon and spatula are smooth and even, all surfaces are rounded. Convenient attachment to the side of the case.
The cord is approximately 130 cm. Standard, the same as on the computer that goes to the system unit.
A steamer like that of a cuckoo - on legs, is placed with support on the bottom of the saucepan. In this case, at Panas, I like the overlay on the top of the saucepan (I wonder if it fits here?).
An interesting feature in cooking rice is the automatic setting of the time depending on the amount of food. At least it says so
Modes
1. Rice-spaghetti - 40-50 min, set automatically
2. Rice-spaghetti express - 30-40 minutes, set automatically
3. Boiling - boils stupidly for 4-30 minutes, the time is counted by the moment the water boils. The boil is very strong. You will not be able to cook borsch soup with this program. You can let it boil here and then switch to stewing.
4. Steam cooking - set manually
5. Frying - time is set manually
6. Baking - 45 minutes, the time cannot be changed, but you can re-set, or interrupt in the middle, set it again so that the total time is what you need and then switches to heating mode automatically.
7. Quenching-languishing - 1-4 hours - quenching, 5-10 - languishing. The extinguishing temperature is 99-100 degrees, it boils barely, slightly bubbling. Simmering at a temperature of 75 gr.
8. Heating up - 8-25 minutes
9. Heating (automatic) - maintains the temperature for 2 hours, you can resume it by pressing the "heating" button

Built-in clock, right into the device. Most likely there is some kind of battery, so they were on before I connected the MV to the network. And when you set the time on the timer (deferral) - you set at what hour you need to be ready, for example, by six in the evening - set "18-00". Conveniently

The volume of the pan up to the maximum rice is 2.5 liters. But the girls wrote that they poured it almost to the end when cooking jellied meat in Panasonic - she also made broth on languor perfectly overnight.
I give the dimensions as I could measure 385x290x235 mm
Bowl weight - 750g, multicooker assembly - 3650g

Quote: rusja

So, after all, the 2.5 liter DEX-50 is not 4?
A saucepan of 4 liters, but there is a concept of a maximum - that is, it will not overflow during boiling. For this there are pictures on the bowl

I bought a multicooker DEX DMC-50, cooked soup, pasta with sauce, pilaf - it turns out great. The only thing I didn’t figure out was the mode in which you can cook milk porridge. Tell me who tried it?

Quote: rusja

you asked about the milk porridge mode, and I went to see the multicooker using Rina's link, and there I found this review about another multicooker, but the problem is the same in my opinion, there is no hotel mode "milk porridge", and milk runs away to others. And in almost all modes - vigorous boiling of the liquid.
🔗

And since almost all of these multi and Dex and Daewoo and Ves are made, if not at one, then at the neighboring factories, then they have common problems.

Quote: lesik_l

Today I cooked milk porridge. I cooked ordinary porridge on the timer at night. And in the morning I added milk and boil for 5 minutes. Nothing wanted to run away. It boiled normally, and after 5 minutes we sat down.

In Panasonic, some cereals also run away. Simmer. Or boil over steam and switch to heating. Or like Lesik.
Thanks for the advice, it turned out a good stewed milk rice porridge, did not run away. I'm not a fan of milk porridge at all, but my son is growing up, he will soon have to cook breakfast
lesik_l
Yesterday I ran my cartoon in all modes
First I fried - great, you can do it with a lid, you can do it without it - then you don't need to interfere too much
I cooked porridge - surprisingly, less water is required for cereals. In Panas 1 to 2, here 1 to 1. For viscous 1 to 1.5.
Then I decided to bake a cottage cheese cake "Zebra", though without a base of shortcrust pastry. At the same time I checked how the programs switch. Everything is fine - the program ends or in the process, you can expose the next one without delay, as in my HP. I smeared it with oil, sprinkled it with semolina - everything fell out easily, I think it was possible not to sprinkle it with anything. I can't say anything about the baking temperature. I made up the recipe myself, that is, I used motives, but all the products were by eye. It was baked normally in 75 minutes (the dough was liquid). I will bake a biscuit there already and see what the result is.
Well, lastly, I put the broth to be cooked. First, boil for 5 minutes, then simmer for 6 hours. At night I woke up - went to check the temperature - languor 75 degrees. So we have a slow cooker.
Today I will check the temperature for stewing - I will cook the borscht.

16:51 Well, I've already tested the extinguishing.
Temperature 99-100 gr. not more. Boils barely, "gurgles" are rare. So with this program we are all right.
nance761
So it turns out that the 10th model does not have the function of a slow cooker at all (stewing, languishing), then you definitely need to take the 50th, I mostly use stewing in my Panas, well, porridge with baked goods too, but without stewing at all!
Lubashka
Multicooker DEX DMC-50
regular biscuit - apples, 4 eggs, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of flour. Baking is 45 minutes by default, the top is of course white, but everything is baked perfectly, it is better to open and take out 15 minutes after the end of baking, then 100% will not shrink and lag well from the walls

Now a lot of cartoon of different companies has appeared, in contrast to Panas. I aimed at DEX, but nowhere can I find an answer to my question - what is the difference between 10 models and 50? Even on the manufacturer's website, I have not read any differences (except for the appearance and price). Can someone tell me? And the presented cartoon is impressive and inspires confidence by its appearance. There is not even a description on Photos, tell me - is it functionally different from Panas? Is it possible to cook everything the same as in Panas?

I have often seen complaints about the coating of the bowl at Panasonic. And Dex will have a stronger saucepan. All recipes are easily adaptable to Dex. The programs are almost the same. The price is 2 times different. So choose.

Something I can’t put back on the drip tray - this beautiful red button for releasing steam ...
The one that is inserted from the middle is dressed normally, but from the outside it just glides over the surface and does not react to which hour hands (as in the instructions).

Girls! Received DEX-50 today. I have already prepared a prefabricated stew. I fried carrots with onions, threw in meat, potatoes, mushrooms, and stew for 2 hours. It turned out to be a lot. It was ready in an hour. The smell carried through the apartment. MMMMMM! Now he is standing in the heating mode, waiting for her husband.
I want to talk about the shortcomings that I immediately noted. For those who want to buy. Think about whether it will be important to you!
1. There is no mains disconnect button on the case. Off button. this is a normal Reset button. So disconnect only from the outlet, or an additional breaker on the cord to tinker
2. On frying, the timer sets the default time to 45 minutes. I had to button "min." press 25 times to set the cooking time to 10 minutes. And so 2 times, because the thought came to fry the meat after the carrots and onions for 10 minutes.
3. A wonderful mode of simmering, set only from 5 to 10 hours after stewing. And I dreamed of porridge, like from a Russian oven (which many owners of multicooker boast about). Why not provide for the languishing mode of your choice from the first minute?
4. In the stewing mode, there is a rather strong boil, I think you cannot cook milk porridge on it. I'm already worried that she's not ready to cook them (milk porridge) at all! Girls, console me, who made the milk porridge. I read that it is possible to cook in the "express" mode, but 25 minutes is not enough for rice porridge, and it would not hurt her to sweat.
5. The heating mode is maintained for only 2 hours. It is very inconvenient if you need to wait for the children from school.
6. The steamer upset !!!. Just a stand with legs. Why not make a trough? And I dreamed of making a vinaigrette there. Many girls cut fresh vegetables, steam them, and here is a ready-made vinaigrette, after cooling. It won't work here. Only if you buy a plastic colander, or just lay the whole vegetables. Again, steamed vegetables with rice will not work.
7. Unsuccessful drip tray. Water flows over the lid and into the saucepan. It seems that the instructions describe that it is going somewhere. I only see that everything that the rubber rim on the lid did not hold up - everything is in a saucepan.
These are the impressions! I will continue to prepare and report. If I can cook tasty milk porridge and bake a high biscuit, then I will assume that the cartoon is doing its job perfectly, despite the manufacturers' flaws.

Quote: lesik_l

1. There is a built-in clock in the case - if you disconnect from the network, it is not known how long it will go. When disconnected, the clock runs, but I don't know how long. And, as I understand it, all CFs have such a joke.
2. I don’t remove the frying, when I need to turn it off - why add-subtract time, you still stand over it and then turn on the sl. mode.
3. I set for 5 hours and cooked for 2 hours, in my opinion the regime goes from the first minute (it will be necessary to measure)
4. First comes boiling - then the temperature is only maintained. Measured 99-100g. Gurgles barely.
5. Hot dish and after 8 hours. Verified. I cooked soup in the morning - in the evening came the pan was hot (I could not take it with my hands)
6. I think to try from Panas, I don't like it either.
7. The lid was most likely not fully folded back. Condensation is draining behind my rim (there is a depression between the pan and the wall, then it can be easily wiped with a cloth

Here I am reporting! My lazy honey cake yesterday
Multicooker DEX DMC-50

It turned out to be a misunderstanding with him. I uploaded products to MB. I put it on baking for 45 minutes. When I squeaked, I lifted the lid a little (they say that I must still stand. Do not open it right away) and checked it with a stick. Confused by the complete lack of smell. And it really was completely raw. As if he hadn't started baking. Has anyone ever had this? I put it on the pastry again and went for a walk with the dog. When I returned, I had such beauty. And even the top got drunk. Soaked in cream. Stood the night, this morning we had breakfast.I used to bake it in the oven before, but cut it into 3 cakes, but here it turned out as much as 6. Got up great !!!!!

And I also cooked for breakfast rice milk porridge with raisins.
Multicooker DEX DMC-50

She took milk in half with water. On the stewing mode 45 minutes. Nothing escaped. I took 5 multi-glasses of milk for 1 multi-glass of rice. The porridge turned out to be very thick. You need more milk if you like thin porridge. And maybe it also depends on rice !!!!

So I will still experiment with milk porridge. All the same, I want to try the languor mode. And I want baked milk.

Now I loaded fish (silver carp) with sour cream. A layer of onions with carrots, a layer of fish. It. I added layers, added some pepper, and poured sour cream on top. For extinguishing mode for 3 hours. It is worth steaming, it smells .... MMMM .... Drooling. I'll write how it happened. I am very pleased.

Hello everyone!!! take to your friendly company? from today I am also a happy owner of the DEX multicooker.
and immediately a question ... in my extinguishing mode a minute after the start of work, the time is reset and the cartoon beeps 4 times ... is it a marriage? though I turned it on right after the rice / spaghetti regime.

Quote: lesik_l

Girls, I guessed what the problem is. The multi temperature is higher than required for this program - so it resets. I had it - I figured it out right away, opened the lid for 5 minutes and then started the mode again. Try it, maybe you do the same.
lesik_l
Quote: Lubashka

For me, the stewing mode was also turned off when the water completely boiled away, or had not yet had time to stand out from the vegetables.
How clever she is. Extinguishing only at low temperatures makes

Cooked dairy on rice express. All the same, the first two programs work until the liquid boils away. And the boil is intense - this morning I had to wash the lid. We'll have to cook the milk for stewing. But in one hour, the whole porridge will boil down so much - I like to feel the rice in the milk porridge. So far, this is the only disadvantage of multi - there is no way to extinguish the extinguishing for up to an hour, in minutes.
Rina
Anything that requires heating can be cooked in an electric pan (unless there is some restriction on frying - you cannot get a very high temperature). You just need to decide on the modes, remember them. The rest is simple - take any cookbook, any recipe where products are boiled, stewed, languished, and cook. I don't really look at the recipes posted on the forum. I cook my usual dishes, but in a cartoon. By the way, it turns out to be dietary, in comparison with plate-based cooking (less oil, not so fried).

"I do not look", that is, I do not use from A to Z. In fact, I read the laid out recipes with great pleasure. They allow you to understand what modes are in the saucepan, just the very subtleties. You will understand, orient yourself, you will know where what are the possibilities, and where are the limitations. I cook "by eye" (this does not apply to dough and pastry) and my taste (well, I don’t eat some products or combinations of products), so I mostly use all the recipes as guidelines.
lesik_l
The 10th has no quenching and languor. But for me, these are the main multi-chips. In the 50th, there is only one drawback compared to Panas - a double boiler on legs. But due to this, the volume of food is placed more. I cooked whole cauliflower, 1.5 kg of beet at a time fit. I didn't need anything else yet. It turns out that you can load a liter of 3 products by volume.
The time can be changed in the ranges that I indicated on the 2nd page of this topic.
The roof is not removable on the 50th. On the 10th - no one has bought yet, no information.

Leolena, if you want to cook like in Panasonic - from above and from below - take the 10 Dex model, on the first page of this topic it is - here it has, just, a double boiler basket at the top.

Just at 10, the basket is also placed on the bottom on small legs.
But there is great news: a steamer is perfect for a model 10 saucepan because of the comfort that is placed at the top of the pan.
yarli
Vovan You cannot cook yorgut in it in any mode. There is no such possibility !!!! If only heated? !!!
versia12 We will wait for the test results !!!

And I have a disorder today! I put rice porridge on the stew, and the milk went through the valve. When I opened it, it immediately settled down and then began to cook normally. So you can't put porridge on this mode with a delay in the morning! What a shame! The girls will test Perfeza, they get wonderful cereals. Now I put it on languor for 6 hours. Let it steam until morning. Let's see what happens. Maybe there will be such a way out ...?

==============================

I am reporting! In the languor mode, it did not boil at all. The next morning I received a homogeneous thick mass, porridge that does not resemble anything. Like mashed rice. Only cream color was beautiful !!
Conclusion .... You cannot cook porridge the next morning with a delayed mode !!!!!! So lovers of milk porridge in the morning, without your intervention, choose a different model.
But lovers of baking biscuits .... This is what you need! And there is even a crispy crust on top! In many CFs, the top remains white. I always get toasty, and very tall !!!

Quote: lesik_l

Well, why so categorically
Porridge is perfectly cooked from a mixture of milk + water overnight for 1 hour of stewing. The boil is barely going there. Formula is not as capricious as milk. Time should be set right next to breakfast. And at the end of the process, turn off the heating. It turns out great porridge. (And where did the tongue sticking out smiley go?)

Here is the only program - which I would like to see in this cartoon - "Milk Porridge". But having paid half as much, having received a saucepan better than Panas (I checked) in quality, I will come up with how to use the existing programs.

Lesik I also take half of water and milk for 1 multi-glass of rice - 3 cups of water and 3 cups of milk, and the milk flows through the valve. Write pl. what proportions do you use when you put it at night ??? And then I'm already knocked off my feet, nothing happens !!!

shl. and ischo what kind of steamer from Comfort do you mean? Steam basket from rice cookers COMFORT? Then maybe the saucepans are interchangeable there?

Yes, the steamer from the rice cooker is comfort. Also, if you wish, you can put two of the available steamers in either of my two, DEX 10 and a rice cooker, at once, it turns out that one is placed on the legs on the bottom, the other is placed on top. As a result, we get two planes for steaming.
The pots are interchangeable, practical tests have been successful. The only doubt about the weight of the pots, but, logically, the volume of the prepared dish, and therefore the weight, are different, therefore, I hope that comfort, if necessary, will tolerate a saucepan a little heavier than its own.
lesik_l
Disabling any program, including heating, through the "Off" button
When frying, do not change the time - it will fry, turn it off manually and set a new program.

Cooking borscht-soups, depending on whether you need broth or not, in different ways.
1 way. Cooking from scratch. In the frying mode, fry the onions, carrots (beetroot and tomatoes for borscht). I add meat, cut into small pieces, pour water. For boiling, default time, bring to a boil, turn off. I add potatoes, all the spices and additives (for borscht, cabbage) I turn on the stewing for 2 hours. Done
Method 2. We put everything in a saucepan, fill it with water - set it to stew for 2.5 hours - go to bed. In the morning, borsch soup is ready. He also broke through heating. More dietary option due to long heat treatment and lack of frying.
Method 3. There is a ready-made broth. We fry the frying, pour in the potatoes, pour in the broth, cabbage for borscht and stew for 1 hour.

There are no problems with cabbage. Remains normal, but soft. If you need crispy, add 0.5 hours before the end of cooking.

Dear multicookers)) take it into your ranks). I have been reading the forum for more than a year, but I only registered now when it came to buying CF.
I choose between Panasonic and Dex. In everything, Dex is liked more, except for one thing:
I really want to put milk porridge for the child from evening to morning. This opportunity is a priority in the choice. After reading this thread a hundred times up and down and did not come to an unambiguous answer to the question: is it possible to cook milk porridge without unnecessary body movements with a delayed start? If so, in which mode? Is it necessary to mix milk with water? If so, in what proportion?

Thanks in advance for your answer))

Everyone, they brought my saucepan yesterday. For me, the most important thing was to have a timer so that I could cook at night. The husband also appreciated the presence of automatic programs to cook dinner before picking up the child from school. In order

clicked on modes

1.Rice / spaghetti - automatic program, you cannot change the operating time, but you can put on a timer
2. Rice / spaghetti express machine, you cannot change the operating time, you can put on a timer
3. Boiling - the default time is 10 minutes, can be changed within 5-30 minutes, can be set on a timer
4. Steamer - you can select the type of product (fish, meat, vegetables), the default time (fish - 20 minutes, meat - 30 minutes, vegetables - 20 minutes), the cooking time can be changed (fish - 5-30 minutes, meat - 15 min - 2 hours, vegetables 5-42 min), can be set on a timer
5. Frying - you can select the type of product (fish, meat, vegetables), the default time for all modes (42 minutes - seems like a lot?), The cooking time can be changed from 5 minutes to 1 hour. What is the point of dividing by product, if all data is the same, I did not understand. Perhaps these modes differ in the frying temperature. DO NOT set the timer
6. Baking - the default time is 45 minutes, the cooking time CANNOT be changed, you can set the timer
7. stewing / simmering - the default time is 1 hour, you can change the time up to 10 hours (up to 4 hours stewing, from 5 to 10 simmering). Can be put on a timer
8. Warm-up - by default 25 min, can be changed from 8 to 25 min, can be set on a timer
9.heating - by default - 2 hours, can be changed, can be set on a timer

Total - all modes are suitable for my purposes, except for frying.

Prepared.
In the evening, rice with vegetables, cooked on rice / spaghetti, steamed yew, water 1 to 1, the rice turned out to be beautifully crumbly, but some of the rice remained hard. I write off the old rice, it probably would have needed more water.

then steamed the fish. instead of water, she poured the tomato marinade. Very well.

I have not put anything for the night yet.

In the morning I got up earlier and made a steam pudding (?) - casserole (?).Grind a pack of cottage cheese (300 g) with 2 large eggs (150 g with shell), 3 tablespoons of vanilla pudding (cornstarch with flavoring), sugar by the eye (about 2 tablespoons). rubbed, folded into a silicone mold, covered with a piece of baking paper, put on a double boiler. water - until the middle of the mold, mode - steaming, meat, 45 minutes.

for good, he needed to cool down, but we didn't have time in the morning, so they got it hot. good elastic casserole, cut into 2 by 2 cm cubes (served under the guise of small cakes)

This casserole will go well for breakfast
- I will divide the mass into two parts
add sugar and dried fruits to one
in the other - either ham, or sun-dried tomatoes, or fried mushrooms, or frozen peas ...
lay out everything in portioned silicone molds (6 pieces will work)
and put on cooking at night, so that in the morning it is slightly warm.

In general, in the coming days I will try broth (stewing / simmering) and pastries (the child asked for a cake)
lesik_l
I understood this way: express is for a small quantity, and the main one is for a full portion.
I continue the epic with milk porridge.
Since I had dubious milk, that is, from a bag and bought the day before yesterday, I did not dare to leave it overnight. Therefore, before going to bed, at 12 o'clock (I am an owl), I poured 2.5 tbsp of milk, 3.5 tbsp of water, a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp into a saucepan. l. sugar + 1 tbsp. round rice. Put out the extinguishing. As far as I understood, this mode works like this: it is brought to a boil, at this time there is a strong boil, nothing spilled through the valve, the lid was a little splattered, and then it barely boils. It was extinguished for about 25 minutes. Turned off and immediately turned on the heating and went to bed. In the morning, the porridge was excellent, moderately boiled, moderately with milk and hot. In my opinion, a great option for cooking milk porridge in the morning.
Well, I also cooked with a delay, but on the express rice mode - the milk mixture was all absorbed - it does not fit.
I think if someone needs more rice in the morning, then you can safely put on a delay for stewing for 1 hour - everything will turn out fine. A small amount will melt in an hour or you need to get up and turn off manually (I don't want-oo-oo-) Well, as insurance, put a rag on the lid, next to the valve, - in case of force majeure, milk will not spill over.

Thank you!
Yesterday all evening I puzzled, I even dreamed at night, this morning I thought and wondered, but it never came to me how, having skipped the extinguishing mode, set only languor (for example, darken porridge or milk). I also don’t understand how to program sequentially in one cycle a certain time for extinguishing and immediately after it a certain time of extinguishing, let's say 2 hours of extinguishing + an hour to darken.
Or extinguishing / languishing are not two different programs, but one and extinguishing = languishing, that is, just synonyms?
Thank you!
in order. just yesterday I cooked broth on languor.
To put languor on is to set the cooking time for more than 5 hours. After an hour of operation in this mode, the water warmed up to 56 degrees
Quenching - up to 4 hours. there is a temperature of 97 degrees, but at first there is a stronger heating

But I'm afraid it won't work to define quenching + languishing in one cycle. I would put extinguishing, then it will automatically switch to heating (like they wrote about 80 degrees above) and set the timer so that just about an hour only the heating would work ..

That is, the porridge is needed by 8 am, we set the timer so that the porridge is ready by 7 and put the porridge for stewing. Cooking time 2 hours. Then the machine will start at 5 am, the extinguishing mode will turn on, at 7 it will end and the heating will turn on. at 8 am you will get up and interrupt the heating program. So?

Quote: Eugene true

Uh-huh, slowly at least something is starting to clear up. It turns out the following algorithm:
- if I need extinguishing, then I set the time from 1 to 4. With an increase in time in this interval, the duration of extinguishing increases from 1 to 4 hours.
- as soon as the number reaches 5, it will mean that the STEALING mode is on for 5 hours. Accordingly, with an increase in the number from 5 to 10, the languishing time increases.
It seems to be logical.
Thus, it turns out that the MINIMUM programmed extinguishing time is 1 hour, the maximum extinguishing time is 4 hours. The minimum soaking time is 5 hours, the maximum soaking time is 10 hours. Am I right in my judgment?

Quote: lesik_l

By the way, pay attention. When the languor is turned on, the heating is very, very weak: in 50 minutes it only warmed up to 40 degrees

that is, if you need to languish meat and fish dishes, you should first turn on some other mode, for example, boiling, and then switch to languishing.

Quote: Eugene true

If my reasoning is generally correct, then there seems to be no mistake. It turns out the minimum languishing time is 5 hours. And you are right, to darken less than 5 hours, you need to turn off the program manually. Let more advanced users correct me))

I've also decided that I want a slow cooker. True, I hardly understand why. From your feedback, I realized that DEX is happy with a good thing. Confused by only one moment of power consumption: 980 Wt... when she showed it to her husband, he was shocked. it's really not enough! so I risk being left without her! or buy a slow cooker with less capacity! I wonder how much your utility costs have increased after purchasing this multicooker?

Quote: lesik_l

SKIPER, this is the maximum power. It only goes with intensive heating. Most of the time there will be only temperature support, and there the values are much lower.
Let's count: Baking for 45 minutes is a consumption of less than 1 kW - that is, less than 30 kopecks. Do you think this will hit your budget hard?
Why not count and estimate the cost of your time. It will be much more expensive than using kitchen appliances.

Build everyone! I'm new, picking up a cartoon.
The other day I went into a supermarket, where both Panasonic (big and small), dex-50 and dex-10 stood in a row. The first time I saw them all at the same time nearby, otherwise we usually even have a Panasonic or one or only another in our shops.
From my impressions:
-Panasonik small - well, just well, very small, given the degree of filling.
-Panasonik is large in comparison with dex - the pan does not inspire confidence.
-In both deks, the pans are the same and they are simply super-duper, so heavy and the coating is powerful. I have a similar home covering on two cheap Chinese pans. For two years, dad poked through one with a fork and a knife when frying eggs (well, the guys don't understand what Teflon is !!!), and the second frying pan serves perfectly, since I only use plastic spatulas on it, and the coating holds well, and nothing gets stuck.
-By design dex-50 in life is even better than in the photo, just super.

Of the negative aspects, dex is service. This week I got a chance to buy a dex -155q electric meat grinder with a vegetable cutter and a nozzle for tomato juice in the supermarket for the accumulated points. I tried it, in general everything was fine, although of course more was expected (in the sense that it was expected that the meat would be chopped more intensively). I called the Dexa service warranty center to order spare knives for the meat grinder right away and was simply dumbfounded by the answer that they did not order anything for it, and in case of a breakdown, they simply write out an exchange statement during the warranty period. Knives were advised to look for similar ones in the bazaar. Of course, I was just stunned by this service. Then, after my long conversations on the phones of different departments of this service, I still heard that come and try to order. When I get there, I don't know. And the question is, if you buy MV - how about it? After all, everyone wants a second pot, well, you never know what else.
Has anyone else come across the dex service?
A large Panasonic is 2 times more expensive, a pan in it is flimsy and a new one costs about 300 UAH, but they are at least there. And I want dex-50. So I'm thinking ...

====================

Today I got the Kharkiv Dex service center by phone. Answer: almost no spare parts for it can be ordered. Under warranty, they repair or change. You cannot buy a saucepan. "These are the rules of the game" - the answer of the master.

Quote: lesik_l

And then I thought, well, figs with him, with service and spare parts. Che get upset. The saucepan in Panas is almost UAH 300, and the coating in the Dex bowl will seem to be stronger. In the event of a breakdown, they will either repair or change the entire cartoon. For 2 years, a bunch of manufacturers with new functions and new programs will come to the market (for example, the Brand does something new) and I'll buy it myself. And Panas is expensive now, the bucket is also expensive and not of very high quality - the question is: if I have all this at a lower price, and even for the same money, there is still an opportunity to end up getting something better, why should I take Panasonic?
artemon
Today I put in dex 50 to simmer 1 liter of milk on the stewing program and 200ml of cream added time for 4 hours as in the recipe it ran out in 10 minutes and the program turned off now I put it on languor does not boil I don’t know what happens no one made baked milk, please tell me what's wrong?

Information for those who are suddenly interested. The pan from Panasonic does not fit the dex: it fits, but does not close (today I reviewed all the cookies, yummi, dex and perfumes).

====================

I did not try on a steamer, but I think it should fit, since the pan from Panas entered the Dex well in width, only it stuck out in height and the lid did not close. So the diameter is the same, it can pass.

The steamer fits perfectly

Today I became the happy owner of the cartoon, so I was waiting for her arrival - I almost dreamed.
Immediately unpacked and let her husband fry potatoes for dinner. The Frying program - 42 minutes, just finished, 5 minutes before the end I cut a little garlic into it (we love it so much), and there is a dumbbell in a miracle pot, waiting for its fate.
Although you still need to stir while frying, cooking is somehow more pleasant than on the stove.
Take in your ranks. I feel that until I try to cook everything, I will not calm down. I will be living in the kitchen for the next week.
By the way, they wrote that the recipes in the book that comes with the cartoon are very exotic. I leafed through it, it seems like no, every housewife will master half of the recipes, all the products are mostly ordinary.

By the way, I cooked buckwheat today. Is a song! Buckwheat is used to cooking 1 to 3, because without sl. butter (after 12.00 noon I don't eat butter), but without oil 1 to 2 on the stove it turns out to be hard. So, in Dax, in order to cook without oil and it was not solid, I calculated today the proportion - 1 to 1.5 (Rice Express mode) - the very thing happened - moderately soft, crumbly, tasty (just like from the oven). And on the stove it boils too much, and if you give less water, it will be firm.
Hurray for the multicooker!

Stewed cabbage today. Lyapota! Slightly growing.I threw butter, cabbage with carrots, poured a little water, started Stewing for 1.5 hours. All. No water topping up, as I usually do on the stove, so as not to burn. Only mixed it a couple of times. An hour later, I crumbled a little onion, salt, pepper there. After another 10 minutes, she gave a spoonful of tomato paste and poured a little more water, so that it was more pochny. So that is all. Not cooking, but pure pleasure.

I now have a daily dish - charlotte in the cartoon. So easy and quick for tea
It is better to do 3 eggs, 4 a lot - poorly baked.
3 eggs, 6 tbsp. l. with a slide of sugar, a glass of flour from a bread machine and I lay down the floor. h. l. baking powder - then you don't need to beat for a long time + 3 apples. It couldn't be easier
I bake 15 + 45 minutes on baked goods and 10 minutes on heating just in case.
And I just baked charlotte according to the above recipe. Everything seemed to work out, but one moment confuses me. She sagged. At the 40th minute, I looked a little there, it seemed like I was more magnificent, and then sagged. Maybe from the fact that I looked in? Although I made a cottage cheese casserole, it was not so fluffy either, I did not look there at all, and according to Lola's instructions from this site, I did not open it for about 30 minutes. Although it came out all the same yummy.
I usually make charlotte according to the same recipe (4 eggs, 1 tbsp. Sugar, 1 tbsp. Flour), except that I don't give baking powder. Well, I think it's necessary, so it is necessary, who knows how it turns out there in a multicooker. And so. The charlotte was baked, I cut it, looked, everything is fine there. But I thought it would be more puffy. It seems that in the oven it doesn't sag like that. Or maybe 3 eggs and it cannot be higher ... In general, in confusion. Tuta is praised by MV precisely for the biscuits, that they are very lush, they say, they turn out ... Now I really don't know whether to risk making a cake, or to return to the oven ...

Here it is (the apples were slightly baked in butter, which they used to lubricate the cartoon, but this is not scary), the height is 2.5 cm:

I can't trust her and put something on the timer
stewing / milk porridge mode no
all the grits grumble the fry is lit all the porridge pops up
there is no moisture collector, everything is poured onto the pan and into the pan and into the heating device itself
what to do? how can I get rid of it? or fall in love ....... don't even know ......

let's try to figure it out
here are the descriptions

IRR, I found a link to the face of dozens
and here is the manufacturer's description 🔗
Spaghetti, Rice, Steaming, Soup, Porridge, Frying, Quick Cooking, Baking, Cupcake
1 button - spaghetti, rice
2 button - steam, soup, porridge
3 button - fry, quick cooking
4 button - baking, cupcake
1 button - most likely, the program is automatic - until the water boils away
but the second one may be useful - what time settings are given for the soup and porridge modes? It seems to me that this soup-porridge can replace stewing. Because the "stew-simmering" button on 50tke in the English version sounds "Soup / stew" - "soup / stew" Therefore, if there is a time of 4-5 hours, then it will definitely be possible to stew.

in 50k, too, there is no "milk porridge" mode, we calmly cook porridge on "languor", it's not about the name, but about the duration and temperature ...

Quote: IRR

I agree with everything, except, perhaps, the second button - you have to watch how it boils? If it is strong (steam, after all, a hot program), then languishing or extinguishing can be carried out on heating, having previously boiled.

in-nesa! Do you have a heating as an independent function? that is, it turns on with one button, and does not go to heating after some completed program?

Hello girls (and boys)! Admit to your company? I also recently became the proud owner of a multicooker! I reread the entire forum on Dex. At first I even wanted to stop loving my Dexa - 10, but after cooked awesome soup, I changed my mind.
My 6-year-old son, after lunch, said "Thank you slow cooker"
Well, okay, there is no extinguishing, as they say "a gift horse ..."
Yesterday I did stew the meat! First, fry for 20 minutes on the "frying", and then topped up some water and sour cream and put it on rice / spaghetti. It took 40 minutes to prepare, interfered once. I didn't really believe in success, but when I decided to pick with a spatula, for the sake of interest ... It's just super! Soft, tender, melts in your mouth, and the sauce remains!
We drank with pleasure!
So that you can always get out!
Has anyone else tried to replace extinguishing with 10-ke? It is very interesting to find like-minded people ...

In principle, 45 minutes of baking and 20 minutes of heating are enough. I did so today. Do not open the lid, no matter how you want To prevent the biscuit from falling off, I advise after the end of cooking, when the dish is still heated (after 20 minutes), open the lid and leave it alone for 10-15 minutes to evaporate excess moisture. When you need to get it, we act like this: Put a glove on your right hand, in a saucepan, put a double boiler on top of the baking, gently turn it over (one hand inside), lower the saucepan upside down on the table, stretch your hand, leaving the glove or towel inside, and remove the pan. No violent shaking, so air bubbles are not removed from the baked goods. Fuh, I seem to have painted everything.

I post pictures of charlotte, the height turned out to be 5-6 cm.

Multicooker DEX DMC-50

I never cease to be amazed at my cartoon. Yesterday I had to come up with something for breakfast late at night, not troublesome and quick. I rummaged here on the forum, found a recipe for a honey cake with nuts (here he lies), zakalapetsa half of the portion, loaded it into the cartoon, turned on the Baking and forgot, exactly 45 minutes later, at the end of the program, got such a beauty. And this is the height of half a portion, it's good that I guessed not to do the whole. The top turned out to be light, standard, but nice, I didn't even turn it upside down. And it’s delicious, my husband barely came off in the morning.

So this is where I'm heading. All the same, we have a smart Deksik, in 45 minutes he bakes both tender biscuits and heavier dough. Here is a tunic in a tunic - he needs 45 minutes, no more, no less. And the readiness of the baking surprises me every time - that's just right, completely baked and not baked. Clever girl.
And I already understood why I baked a cottage cheese casserole on the first day of using the cartoon. Well, I didn't really know yet about the different powers, and I followed the recipe (sharpened for Panasonic) exactly, and baked for 45 + 15 minutes, that's why my cartoon baked me a casserole, which I added an extra 15 minutes to it. Now, without any doubt, I set the default to 45 minutes and I have no doubt that everything will be exactly ready after this time.

Yesterday, for the first time in my life, I cooked steamed vegetables for vinaigrette. I cleaned it and put it on a stand, wrapped the beets in foil beforehand, I was afraid that she would paint the stand for me. So they steamed. For potatoes and carrots, two cycles of 20 minutes were enough, the beets were steamed for another cycle (total 60 minutes, but they were in foil). I liked the result, everything is faster than cooking vegetables like that. And if you consider that I have an electric stove and it also takes time to heat up the burners, then a multicooker is generally a godsend for a security officer.

and I screwed up - I tried to cook dumplings. I read somewhere that in cold water dumplings from the freezer, water to cover it a little and on automatic mode, until the water boils away ... And it seemed to me nonsense, but I decided to trust ...
In general, not only did the water run through the valve (then I had fun with washing the lid), I didn’t wait for the boil over - they were cooked earlier ... In general, there’s nothing to be lazy about - soups, cereals, casseroles, biscuits - this is all great turns out. but dumplings-pasta are better on the stove - both faster and better ..
I got the hang of cooking dumplings and dumplings in a cartoon. I do everything that you did, but I don't wait for the final boil-over, after about 25 minutes they are usually ready, I just glance from time to time, and when I'm ready, I take them out, and the water always remains. But I always cook only one portion, well, it turns out that I don't need a lot at once, so nothing usually comes through the top. It's still faster and more convenient for me than waiting on the stove for the water to boil, then stirring it still so that it doesn't stick to the bottom.

Quote: olnk2

exactly
in general, the saucepan is closer to the stove. it would never occur to anyone to cook pasta in the oven
or simmering cabbage soup on the stove is clearly more difficult than in the oven.
As I understand it, it was still easy to steam the dumplings, just one portion per insert will fit .. no, I wanted to try a strange way
I tried to steam dumplings. Either I held them a little, or steamed dough - food for everyone, but for me they were somehow hard to the touch and strange in appearance. In general, I then baked them on Pastry with Butter, they turned out fried, well, I already talked about this in this thread.
But I have a suspicion that I just had to steam a little longer. I no longer experiment, I cook as I wrote above, it turns out the same as cooking on the stove.

Thought: maybe it's not the milk itself, but the fact that it was with soda, isn't it?
Lozja, I don't know about soda. I think it would have been the same without her. The Extinguishing mode, apparently, works like this: it heats up with all the foolishness, and when the vapors of a well-boiling solution affect the sensor in the lid, it switches to weak heating,
i.e.
1) if you stew with the lid open, the heating will be strong all the time
2) any milk escapes with strong heating, it escapes before the heating decreases, i.e. milk must be diluted

I’m ready to agree with that ...
I have a problem with this this week - the milk, which I usually take was not brought, I had to take from completely different aunts, and even a bunch of different things. As a result, almost every batch of milk porridge this week gets on my lid.
when I put this milk to boil, there was a terrible smell of soda throughout the apartment

who has not read the topic about perfumes - usually my milk porridges turn out perfectly, so sprinkling the lid is something new for me. so I also think about soda.

I had milk in a Tetrapack box "Merry Milkman" 3.2%, soda 1/2 tsp. without water
Why is condensed milk in soda, I don't know, I put it according to the recipe. Just the recipe was from Panasonic on Milk porridge.

Now about the dumplings. They also turn out incredibly tasty. Only I did it on the "baking" mode. Fill half of it with water, when it boils away, fry it a little, stir it so that the other side is fried too. Also incredibly tasty!

And even today the "black prince" baked. I had to leave 2 times for 45 minutes. Rose high. Almost 12cm. Although a little then a donkey. In the recipes, the girls write to leave it until it cools completely, and my gavrik sat and waited, so I hurried. So 45 min.usually enough for half a serving. And if the full 45 + 45.

I just here once complained that my milk was running away. Well, exactly, it depends on milk. Recently I have been taking "Selyanskoe" and no problems. And I cooked condensed milk, but I didn't add soda. The truth is not very pleasant, the store is tastier.
Already all the familiar ears buzzed his cartoon. Straight some masterpieces are obtained. : yahoo: The stove is forgotten. Only the microwave works for warming up.
