Fish meatballs with vegetables in a slow cooker

Ingredients

~ 400 gr minced fish
400 gr frozen vegetable mix
200 gr (1 sachet) cream 10%
salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • After cooking Fish meatballs with vegetables in a slow cooker
  • Serve with boiled rice. The meatballs are the most tender. If desired, or better desired, sprinkle the meatballs with lemon juice.
