Stewed beef with lingonberries in a multicooker Cuckoo 1054

Ingredients

Beef pulp 700-800g. (I have moose)
Frozen lingonberry 300g.
Bulb onions 3 pcs.
Wheat flour 2st. l.
Bay leaf taste
Ground black pepper taste
Salt taste
Sugar pinch

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into medium pieces, bread in flour and fry. Mode Oven level 3 10 minutes. DO NOT DRAIN !!!
  • Finely chop the onion, mix with lingonberries.
  • Salt and pepper the fried meat, mix with onions and lingonberries, put bay leaves, a pinch of sugar. Mode Multi-cook 120C 20 minutes.
  • The meat turns out fragrant and juicy !!
