Cupcakes stuffed with boiled condensed milk

Ingredients

Wheat flour 350 g
Sugar 160 g
Butter 100 g
Egg 4 things.
Sour cream 250 g
Baking powder 1 sachet
(10 g)
Boiled condensed milk for filling 0.5 cans

Cooking method

  • Knead all products for the dough. Do not heat the oil, otherwise the dough will become thinner and flow around the filling instead of covering it on top. We lay out metal forms with paper and fill with dough by a third. Put boiled condensed milk into the center with a teaspoon and cover with a portion of dough on top. The molds should be no more than 2/3 full.

Bake at 180 degrees.

For some reason, it never occurred to me when I found a jar of boiled condensed milk in the refrigerator, which went in grains. I can’t stand this and wondered where to attach it. Oh-oh-oh-very long thought. And decided that in the cupcakes.

This time, I have such even bars in the center, because I shoved the Gudbrandsdalen cheese in there, which was lying around in the refrigerator. The taste in muffins cannot be distinguished from boiled condensed milk, only it is less sweet and has such a certain sourness.
