Ingredients

Flour 5 tbsp.
(200 ml each)
Egg 3 pcs.
Condensed milk 1 ban.
Soda (can be redeemed) 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • You put everything in the specified order in your HP, and turn on the "Dough" mode. After the first two kneads, about 23 minutes, I turn off the HP (since I have this mode for yeast dough).
  • The dough should turn out like a dumplings.
  • Roll out the dough about 3-4 mm thick. and cut out circles (like on dumplings), and cut out a small circle in the center (you can use a plastic cork on the bottle).
  • Then fry the resulting rings in deep fat until golden brown, when ready, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
