Bread with cheese and sesame seeds (bread maker)

Ingredients

Water 168 ml;
Olive oil (I put sunflower oil) 1 tbsp. l;
Flour 300 g;
Sugar 1 tsp;
Salt 1.3 tsp;
Dry yeast 1 tsp;
Hard cheese about 80 g;
Sesame 2.5 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Yesterday I baked bread "Bread with cheese and sesame", where I got the recipe from - I don't remember !!! but somewhere in the internet I dug up, even when I dreamed of HP. The bread turned out to be AWESOME (only I did not put sesame seeds - it is not in the house).

Note

I didn't have time to take a picture .. everything was quickly eaten ...
And now .. Gentlemen, EXPERIENCED bakers .. help, pzh, completely newbie .. a loaf turns out to be 500 grams, and I want 700 grams, for example. How to count?

I just baked this recipe and right behind the camera. The smell in the apartment is indescribable. The loaf turns out to be small, so next time I will increase the proportions

a loaf is 500 grams, but I want 700, for example. How to count?

I do not pretend to be an "experienced", but I read this method somewhere and always use it for recounting:

take the desired number and divide by the available one. we get the coefficient by which we multiply all the products for conversion.

in our case - we want 700g, we have 500g, i.e. 700/500 = 1.4 - this is the coefficient by which all the ingredients need to be multiplied.

according to your table

Here is the recipe ..
• water - 168 ml * 1.4 = 235 ml
• olive oil - 1 tbsp. l * 1.4 = 1.4 tbsp. l.
• flour - 300 g * 1.4 = 420 g
• sugar - 1 tsp; * 1.4 = 1.4 tsp.
• salt - 1.3 tsp; * 1.4 = 1.8 hours. l.
• yeast - 1 tsp; * 1.4 = 1.4 hours. l.
• hard cheese - about 80 g; * 1.4 = 112g
• sesame seeds - 2.5 tbsp. l. * 1.4 = 3.5 tbsp. l.

we act in the same way, if it is necessary to reduce the size of the baking - we want 500g, but there is 900g. then 500/900 = 0.55. we multiply everything by this coefficient and we get excellent bread

Lisss's, that's right, that's the only way to count.
A small addition, be sure to control the bun,
it will show how accurately everything was counted ...
savana
It was not possible to look at it like a bun, but the smell is breathtaking.
The bread is delicious, but it was necessary to add more cheese at the signal, otherwise the taste is not felt at all.

baked such bread today - super !!! already dare !!! Thanks a lot for the recipe!

And what kind of cheese?
I would have added to the panifarin for splendor
PeNkA_kA
I took the usual Gouda cheese. lush bread turned out !!! I will bake again today!

I set up the oven for bread and cheese according to the recipe for Italian bread, adding the cheese that was in the fridge at will.
I put the cheese in large flat pieces (it was already cut in the package), tearing it a little as soon as the bun began to appear, but was still wet.
Let's see what happens. So far I have made a small portion to sample.

SchuMakher, there is no need to add panifirin, since the recipe contains only premium wheat flour. And grated cheese also contributes to splendor (a little).

Baked. It smells like awesome cheese.
Coarsely porous. Yellowy, pretty, but ...
The roof sank.
I just added cheese to the Italian bread recipe.
It was necessary to add as much flour as the cheese weighed, that is, 65g.
I will take into account next time, I will correct this error.
But bread and cheese is worth your attention !!!!!

I baked the test bread small.
Flour was 315g, water was 190ml.

Weight = 525gr,
if I added as much flour as cheese (65gr),
then the roof would not have sagged and the bread would have weighed 600g
Zhivchik
If the roof has sunk, it means:
- or a lot of liquid
- or a lot of yeast.

Not certainly in that way. If the roof has sunk, it means:
- or a lot of liquid
- or a lot of yeast.
I just left out the cheese.
It had to be considered liquid.
The yeast was 8g fresh.

Please tell a beginner: put the cheese immediately or after the signal, sprinkle sesame seeds on top before baking or add it to the dough?
Stern
Natalyna, cut the cheese into small cubes, lightly fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan and add both at the signal.

She baked bread. My husband and I liked it, but my son rejected it, said that it was salty :) It really tasted salty (I think it's because of the cheese) and the top sagged a little. During kneading, I added a little flour, apparently it was necessary to add a little more.
I wrote down the recipe for myself. I will definitely still bake.

Hello bakers! I baked bread today. I counted it to 900 gr. It turned out very much even Telziter put Cheese, grated it on a coarse grater and fell asleep right away. It turned out to be tall and lush !!!! I will bake more !!!

I want to cook, but confused by the amount of sugar 1 tsp (?) And salt - 1.3 tsp

Why so much salt for 300 g of flour? And sugar, in my opinion, will not be enough.

If the cheese is not very salty, then there is not much salt. You can change the amount of salt and sugar to your liking. You just need to remember that salt and sugar control the yeast. By increasing the amount of sugar and decreasing the amount of salt, you will get a richer bread.

lisss74, thanks for the recipe, very tasty and beautiful bread .. like a chicken (the photo does not convey that color). And the smell ..))) I really anointed the top with an egg, so that the sesame would hold better and again for the bloom ...)))

Thank you very much for the recipe. The bread is very tasty, I have baked it 3 times already. Everything worked out the first time. True, depending on the cheese, I sometimes add water.

Here's what I got - quite pretty, fragrant, tasty! Couldn't resist and crackled warm, very tasty with soup, wonderfully crispy crust. It remains to find a suitable way to deal with crumbs and everything will be absolutely superb!
