Delicate cottage cheese casserole (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Eggs (separate yolks from proteins) -I did not share everything, whipped with a mixer along with sugar for about 10 minutes (it's good that I have a tabletop, whips it myself) 5 pieces
Sugar 2/3 cup
Semolina 1/2 cup
Kefir 1 glass
Cottage cheese of any fat content 500 gr.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet

Cooking method

  • Pour the semolina with kefir and leave to swell.
  • With a blender, mix cottage cheese, yolks, baking powder, vanilla sugar, manna-kefir mixture.
  • Beat the whites with sugar until soft peaks.
  • First add 1/3 of the proteins to the curd mixture, mix gently with a spoon and then add the rest of the proteins. (I whipped the cottage cheese with the semolina mixture with a blender, and then neatly at low speeds added this mixture to the egg mixture and beat everything a little)
  • Baked on mode "Oven", level 1, 40 minutes.it really fell out of my hands, but it did not affect the taste. Bon Appetit.

Note

I repeated this casserole for 1054, delicious, but different from 0821, where I can't say tastier.

Tanya, but how to make the same fried rim?
And he himself, one might say, turns out by default. : yes: First, it kind of rises, and then falls, that's where the rim comes from.

aha Tanya has already sintered. if now I will take a picture in the kitchen. I realized that when it settles, it kind of wraps itself up.

Found this thread as I'm looking for casseroles in Cuco. I have 1055. I tried to make a curd soufflé (the same recipe from this forum in the section on dairy and egg dishes) did not like the result, it does not rise at all and flattens inside! There in the photo there is a completely different result - a lush white high cut, nothing even close to me.
I wonder if it is possible to achieve that in our cartoon it also rises?
Maybe the recipe is the case? After all, English cake rises simply luxuriously?

The casserole is tasty, but the cuckoo 1054 has a strong Oven that the crust is dense and can burn. In 1055 they say fries weaker, here everything is only in samples. I did it on multi-cooker and on Kasha you have to try everything. where you like it more. Good luck

What is the temperature and time on a multi-cook?
irman
Tanya, even though you say your casserole has fallen, it turned out to be high anyway. I'll have to try it in 1951. Thank you !!!

And what is the temperature and time on a multi-cook?
On the Multipovar, I did not bake more than 110 degrees, I even set 95 for the curd casserole a couple of times (we do not need strong pressure), the time is at least 25 minutes, at temperatures below 100 degrees, the time is 35-40 minutes, this is the minimum (real time should be 60 minutes , at 1010 I generally twisted the valve for baking. I haven't cooked in cuckoos for a long time. I only cook rice at 10

Is the mode the same?

Tanyush! I still couldn't get to you with your magic casserole! She baked at a party, but in her own Cuckoo, because she bought it there.

It turned out so plump that the sprinkling of raisins and candied fruits did not even sink in the souffle, and remained on top.
I think that this is a very tasty and successful casserole in my performance! , (well, I'm not friends with cottage cheese casseroles).
Thank you so much for the recipe!
