Note

I wanted to make Tanyuli's curd casserole on kefir, but it was not available.
And there is cottage cheese, and it urgently needs to be attached to the casserole.
Then I took as a basis the recipe for curd casserole from Lola, and according to which I already baked the casserole several times.

It turned out to be a very tender, juicy and delicious curd casserole!

Bon appetit, everyone!

Tanyulya
Admin, Thank you . I'll try, I respect casseroles a lot.
Admin

Tanyulya, and very tasty - really! The hand still stretches to take, but nizzzzya !!!!!

Now I figure out what composition to fill the top of the casserole. A beautiful hollow turns out like a cheesecake! I think I need to make a fruit mass on gelatin and pour over a cold casserole.
Another thing is that the casserole is eaten while still warm, you may not have time to fill it

Romchkawhat a lovely casserole! Is she tasty cold?

Romchkawhat a lovely casserole! Is she tasty cold?

Cook, this is not the first time I have been making casseroles using this recipe! The result is always pleasing.
We eat this casserole in any form, including cold and from the refrigerator. True, now I want more lukewarm, we warm it up in the microwave

Try it - I hope you like the casserole

Thanks for the kind words

Romchka
how you can skip this recipe. As soon as I get some curd, I'll cook and report.

Is she tasty cold?

I specially made a photo of a casserole from the refrigerator, sat there at night

Cottage cheese casserole (Cuckoo 1054)

Top fill with raw jam. It tastes as soft and airy as a whipped curd soufflé
Although, a matter of taste, of course ...

Therefore, it is quite possible to pour the casserole on top with a gelatinous mass and put in the cold - we get a curd cake

Admin !!!! Tanyulya !!! Many thanks to you both !!!! I took Admin reupt and Tanyusha's technology (I didn't separate the whites from the yolks, but whipped everything together in Kenwood) SUPER !!!!!!! I wanted to take a picture in the morning in the context of ... but no ... everything is either smashed by hubby or carried away by him ...

zvezda, a gorgeous "cheesecake" turned out

And here's how, it turns out that you can bake casseroles without flour and semolina, only starch is enough !!!

I hope my husband and others (who he stole for) will like the casserole
Cook
Romchka, my casserole is cooling down. So far, I can only show this photo.
Cottage cheese casserole (Cuckoo 1054)
I cooked on the oven for 28 minutes. My pan does not burn like a child, 25-30 minutes are enough at the first temperature level.
When it cools down, then I will once again arrange a photo shoot for the casserole and post it.
And I hate casseroles with flour since childhood.
zvezda
The strangest thing is that he doesn't eat cottage cheese !!! Apparently he was greatly admired by the taste !!! But call it a casserole ... no !!! It is rather a soufflene in general that something very gentle !!!

Cook , are you sure the casserole is ready? the top is completely white. try to pierce with a knitting needle for readiness.
I also do it on the first level, it is fried on the sides, but without a burnt smell - what you need inside!
Tanyulya
I use the same starch more often, just the last time with semolina I really liked it.

THANK YOU! I tried to

Romchka, tasted casseroles cheesecake. I liked it very much.

You were right. I had to cook a little more in time.

Since I was in a hurry and was still late, I did not take into account that this cheesecake is heavier in weight than I usually bake.

I'm making a casserole according to Zagadoshna's recipe. It contains 500 grams of cottage cheese. Here the weight is much higher. But putting the cheesecake into the microwave, I fixed my jambs.

My casserole bakes a casserole of 500 grams of cottage cheese in 25-30 minutes.

I'll post the photo later. I'm not at home.

And in my opinion it turned out very pretty !!!
Admin

And why did our cheesecakes bent inward? Overexposed in time
All the same, it turned out deliciously and beautifully.
Cook

The cheesecake bent slightly inward due to the fact that you opened the lid early.

As soon as the cuckoo grunted, you need to wait a bit and not open it. Next, turn off the pan and wait again. After 15-20 minutes, you can open the lid. Then the cake will be even.
Admin

This is where the trick is hidden. I will definitely do this next time.
Cook, thanks for the advice

Romchka, glad to help. I probably baked them a ton.

Another option for decorating a cheesecake! The cavity is very suitable for filling with a gelatinous mass

Cottage cheese casserole (Cuckoo 1054)

The filling inside is "drunken" cranberry from liqueur, on top is a gelatinous filling of apricot jam.

I changed a little proportion and got a dense consistency of cottage cheese
Cook

Romchkahow beautiful and delicious !!!!!
What are your new proportions?
Admin

There was little cottage cheese, I made dough as a keepsake, added starch, and a little fine semolina (which I never do)
And the cheesecake fell out more than usual, and became denser
Didn't like this option
Mila007
Probably, lovers of casseroles will also like this option! It looks like a casserole in consistency. AdminCheesecake looks gorgeous!
Admin

If only the option from the first page, all airy inside (soufflé), was filled with gelatinous filling on top - that would be super!
I took note of myself

Cook
Admin, why don't you add semolina?
And another question. I understand that you pour the filling onto the cooled casserole?
Admin

I do not like semolina in casseroles, and it seems to me that in this situation, semolina makes the consistency of the curd heavier.
In the first version, I only had starch and well-whipped proteins with sugar gave a delicate consistency of curd soufflé, even after a few days in the refrigerator and when heated in a microwave.

Pouring on a cold curd
I made a little dissolved gelatin (about 1/2 cup) and mixed with a little syrup and apricot from the jam, and put it on a cheesecake. Frozen quickly.

Romchka, take note. Thank you.
Only now I think ..... I really like the recipe for casseroles from Zagadoshna. It contains 0.5 cups of semolina and 3 tablespoons of starch. How to replace semolina. I can't stand flour in casseroles.
Admin

Well, it's a matter of taste called
Here you already need to select the ratio for yourself using the baking method several times. try both, and try to compare.
For example, I will no longer do this option, I did not like it, and we eat it with difficulty, for a long time! She brought me to show you how to decorate a cheesecake.
Next time I will return to the first option - it always turns out well!
Cook

Admin, thanks for the advice.

This is a great idea !!!!! After all, you can probably put the fruit and pour the jelly ?? !!!! Thanks Admin !!!!!
Py. Sy. I am very glad that you are with us !!!!!

Admin

Again I made a cheesecake according to the recipe from the first post.
I cooked it in the evening, the cottage cheese froze well, and I poured the cheesecake on top with gelatinous filling on cherry jam (five minutes).
Somewhere a crack formed, the pouring had time to leak out a little, but this did not spoil the overall taste of the curd casserole - the same tender, airy

Rimma, and in this light it is clear that the cheesecake is super beautiful, neat, all yellow - how lovely it looks!

Oh, Romchka, I have one more thanks: my daughter is eating a casserole !!!! But in general, she does not really eat cottage cheese, but here - I am not overjoyed !!! Thank you !!!!
Admin

But this is already very interesting! Children eat cottage cheese badly! How nice everything turns out, let him eat for good health
kirch
Admin, thanks for the casserole. Indeed, airy and tender. When I opened the lid, it turned out that the casserole had risen to the very lid. Then it fell off but the norm, but not only the middle, but also the edges, as it were, settled a little. But this is purely visual, it tastes great. True, instead of potato starch I put a bag of Cottage cheese by Dr. Oekter, it is very convenient in it just 60 g., It consists of starch (corn and potato). By the way, I don't put flour in cheesecakes either, but starch. Mom taught me this, she worked as a cook
Admin

kirch, eat to your health! Your mom is right - casserole starch is better, it fixes liquid.
Aunt Besya
I also made such a casserole for dinner today. by Lola in my favor, but I do it all the time in Panasonic, and today I decided to make it in a cuckoo, I looked here to find out the proven cooking time and temperature regime and now I'm wondering ... I have 50 minutes CLEARLY not enough
I added three more times for 10 minutes and still the middle is rather weak. When it cools down completely it will be wonderful, only my men did not want to wait in any way and began to consume it still warm, it did not even work out to take a picture, not very presentable ... But, as always, delicious !!!
I wonder why there is such a time difference?

Cottage cheese casserole (Cuckoo 1054)
Admin

I cook such a casserole periodically, I haven't changed the time.
The casserole keeps its shape well if it is barely warm, and especially when it has completely cooled down. The consistency is very soft and juicy inside.
Cook

Lenochka, was there starch in the casserole?
