Turkey meatballs with lentils in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Minced turkey 1 tray
(~ 700 g)
Sour cream 20% pack. 240 g
Egg 1 PC.
Lentils green 1 \ 2 multist.
Cheese - for sprinkling
Ground coriander
Garlic

Cooking method

  • We make Indian minced meat - meat, egg, coriander, salt and garlic to taste. Rinse and add lentils, mix well. Cooking sour cream dressing - pouring: salt to taste and a couple of cloves of garlic, lovers of spicy-spicy can still add what the soul wants. We make meatballs, put them in a cartoon, fill them with sour cream dressing, on top of each meatball, a little cheese.
  • "Stew" for 1 hour (if someone likes softer lentils - you can 1.5, I have enough hour just right), and bon appetit!
  • Once I tried to make it not with green lentils, but with a green / red mixture. But the red almost completely "dissolves" and as a result does not feel itself. Green feels good and looks funny.

Note

I am sharing a little find that has pleased us more than once. Fast, elementary, unusual, tasty.
