milk 400 ml
dry yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
water 250 ml
For the sauce:
honey 4 tbsp. l.
butter 4 tsp
For decoration:
Powdered sugar

Cooking method

  • Mix all ingredients for pancakes with a mixer, add water.
  • Place the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  • Bake pancakes in a 20 cm frying pan.
  • For the sauce, melt butter and honey over low heat.
  • Grease hot pancakes with sauce, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Recipe from the magazine "Gastronom" I didn't make the sauce, so my homemade honey is not very good: P ... I just greased the hot pancakes with butter and put them in a "pile". After my family had breakfast, there was only one pancake left ... Hence the conclusion - it was very tasty (y)!

Apparently this is all the same because of the different moisture content of the flour ... And about the handles-hooks, you are in vain! I do not believe !
