Lightweight butterbread on a milkshake (bread maker)

Ingredients

Butter 60 grams
Milk cocktail (I took a milk cocktail 310 ml
Flour 470 gram
Salt 2 teaspoons
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Vanilla sugar 0.5 tablespoon
Yeast 2 teaspoons
Dried fruits (to taste) 100 grams, I personally fell asleep raisins (50 g)
+ thai melon 50 g

Cooking method

  • We load everything into the bread maker. I loaded everything at once, including dried fruits. In my Mulinex bread maker, this is mode number 1, the size of a loaf is 1000 gr.

The bread tastes like a bun; today the whole family enjoyed it with tea for breakfast. But nevertheless it is lighter than muffin. Firstly, there is not so much butter in it, and secondly, there is not so much sugar as in baked goods, and the White City milk cocktail generally has only 1.5% fat content. Bread for those who are very afraid for their figure, and therefore do not bake pastries, but really want to, and for breakfast it is not at all harmful ... Bon appetit!
