I asked here about the Clatronic MBG 3113 oven (aka Bomann MBG 1248 CB), but received no answer. There are no owners or something. But I bought it anyway. I liked the design, 26 liters volume and quite normal power of 1600W and heat-resistant enamel, with which everything is well rubbed off. Yes, and in the consumer test they responded well to it (enamel was just mentioned there).
Amazing things are happening in Yulmart, for many years, as they say. I decided to look at Klantronica at a discount (there is also Bomann, he also reserved it just in case, but it's far from home and the price for me is 2393 rubles (2590r) - a crack on the middle handle, but the guarantee is full). The deformation of the case was declared and without a guarantee (the point of issue is near the house), but, like Bohmann, the complete set, excellent packaging and completely serviceable. I decided that if the spit works and the tank has not passed it, then I will take it, because I can bend the heating elements, whatever the heel wants (and they all four are generally straight there), and you can find switches and a thermal sensor in Chipdeep and electronics. The manager brought and began to look. There is no deformation, stands on four legs, the door closes, everything rises inside (baking sheet and grate), the spit turns, the heating elements work in all modes, convection works. Sold was worried that he had brought something wrong, he double-clicked the barcode, and in the end I saw a big green toad in his eyes. Honestly, he just almost cried. There is no warranty card and this is a minus. But there is no deformation either, and everything is new in the kit, including heating elements that have started to burn. I finished it off by saying: I definitely take it, until Yulmart changes his mind. Not surprising, given the price tag for me at 964 rubles (1070 rubles). At home I checked the operation of the timer and temperature sensor. Everything is working! It's easy to get stupid!
In addition to this stove, I took a completely new GFGril GF-150 grill on my DR with a full guarantee from a discount, which has a declared crack on the handle (I have not found it so far) for 3332 rubles and a Philips HD 3134/00 cartoon (I did not want to spend on a new one, but I also wanted to take a good model; I took a Philips s / c from repair with a year guarantee) for 1318 rubles. Everything is fully equipped and in excellent condition. The multi cup did not seem to be used at all.
Maybe someone will consider me too frugal, but I have already assembled a bunch of computers from discount components (with a guarantee, but at a significantly lower price) and customers have no problems. It is not worth taking everything in a row, essno.
That's it. Now a cooking test awaits her today.
I also take the Montiss KIM5800M ice cream maker with a full 2-year guarantee for 496 rubles for me (650r) without a spatula, which I will make at the plant from fluoroplastic. )) The interest is purely sporting, there seems to be no special need, but I don't mind trying my ice cream and finding out what it is.

Well, the stove with an initiative. Grilled chicken on a spit, and baked potatoes at the bottom. Chipu wanted to take as little as possible, because the smaller it is, the tastier, but less than 1.68 kg. Have not found. I didn't invent anything with seasoning, I bought one ready for birds. Rubbed it with salt on top and inside (more inside). The potato is red. I took, which does not boil. Everything was cooked perfectly, the seasoning was on the topic, the potatoes were a little weathered and it felt like they collapse when you chew. I cut it quite large and just put it on a baking sheet, melting the fat from the chick on it.
On the stove: a little more powerful than a heating element or a little thermal insulation near the oven itself, since ventilation for two heating elements at the stove is clearly too much. Immediately I did not turn on the grill, but both heating elements and warmed up to 100 °, and then switched to the grill. Otherwise, the temperature will take longer. I put the thermometer on the potatoes straight. In the process, it showed 98 ° C, which is not surprising, since only the upper 800W are working. But I expected more T. After Nyam, my daughter said that it was awesomely tasty (we hadn’t had a grill for a long time) and the potatoes were classy, ​​although they were a bit fat. The chicken's crust crunches, everything inside is juicy and soft. Well, to spoil the chicken, you need to either burn it, or use the seasoning is not the topic. Sometimes the chicken itself is not tasty, but I ate this only a couple of times.
Tomorrow we are planning to bake braided bread with cheese and ham. There are only three levels for the baking sheet and, in order to guess the height, when baking, the baking sheet will have to be turned upside down and put on the very bottom - it will be the very thing. There is no silicone mat yet, so I will bake at the bottom of the pan. I didn't wash it on purpose, I'll see how the frying goes tomorrow (I drove for 5-7 minutes at the end of cooking on all heating elements with convection). The coating seems to be simple enamel. After cooking, not a single spray was found on the inside of the stove. As if nothing was being prepared at all.
As for heating, you will not get a burn. Around 55-60 ° C during grilling was at the top. Only the back wall is very hot. It was generally possible to hold on to the sides, and the glass at the door (it is double), although hot, but not so much. You can hold your hand for a while. You can only touch the top for half a second. But it was a grill, the stove doesn't heat up so much on it. In general, tomorrow is the second part of the Merleson ballet.
PS: potholders for the pallet and for the skewer come in handy in the kit. The oven is quiet, but you can hear what is working.

Instead of the native pallet, the Clatronic MBG 3113 (aka Bomann MBG 1248 CB) you can use the form Taller TR-6302 with reinforced coverage "Quantum 2"... It is only 1-2 cm deep in depth.
The native pallet was washed without any problems absolutely. Not surprising when you consider that the T was small.

I bought a Taller TR-6302, but, apparently, there is a discrepancy with the dimensions.With the handles removed, literally a millimeter is not enough to enter freely. I entered with an interference, but in the guides near the stove there is a selection in the middle, so that the handles almost fall through. Well, okay, I'll fix it. In the photo this form.

The temperature on the oven handle differs from the thermometer by 10-15 ° C. And, if you cook in it only on the lower heating elements, you should not expect more than 160 ° С. Or cover some of the ventilation holes. The heating element at the bottom in the middle is not enough, it would be the very thing.
It seemed to me that 26 liters is the minimum (well, maybe there is a higher oven with such a liter ...), if you cook something else while grilling on the tray below. Chick 1.68kg almost scrabbled over it.
Convection at the stove always works, the spit can rotate in any of the operating modes of the heating elements, and not only at the top.

It is impossible to forget to turn it off - the timer turns off the power automatically after a specified time (not only the oven, but also the hotplates). Backlight and convection available. The convection works so quietly that I peered into the fan for about 10 minutes: did it work at all I liked that all the heating elements have independent control from each other. During the operation of the oven, the door handle did not heat up at all (it worked for 50 minutes). The only inconvenience: on the regulators you will not immediately see where the pointer is directed, but this is not critical and was easily corrected with white acrylic paint.
In vain I was afraid of her, in general)) Now I will learn from the local gurus to cook)

When the kitchen was made to order, they put a silicone mat under the dish drainer. It is a very neutral light gray color, cut out of a large canvas to fit the cabinet. I think that if you stick it on, it will be almost invisible.

I cook with a thermometer (curiously) - at first my stove kept on the top + bottom + convection mode the temperature that was set to + 15-20 degrees (convection), now in the same mode it shows very accurately the temperature that is set. I can't say about the modes - I cook almost everything up + down + convection. I didn't make kebabs - I can't say anything. I mainly bake bread (thanks to the forum!), Sweet pastries, porridge in pots and baked poultry in my sleeve.
