If it's not difficult, could you try the soup tomorrow? For the purity of the experiment.
Or, for example, a glass of cold milk from the refrigerator ...
yes, a glass of milk even now. To what temperature should you warm a glass of milk? to a temperature like hot soup? Wait. I am.

hot milk up to temperature
IRR
hot milk from the refrigerator heats up in my oven in 5 minutes. at a temperature of 200 gr. The milk was from the refrigerator, the oven was cold at the beginning. BUT!

heated in metal. saucepan,
it is traumatic to get, braces, mittens, towels - all this will have to be used.

at first I wanted to heat it in an ordinary earthenware plate, but after 3 minutes I was afraid that it would crack, took out the metal. ladle saucepan. And the plate was horrible, how hot it was. At the same time, the milk in it is still cold.

This means that the dirty dishes will also be washed, well, if you don't give a damn about the service and eat straight from the pan

Thank you for the experiment. This means that a mini oven can replace a microwave oven in terms of heating food, but it will take twice as long and some inconveniences when using it, you will have to heat it in pots. But natures product!

Is there any household appliance that can be used for relatively quick heating, besides the microwave?

Gee, but I think who is this IRRchik gas frightening? Did I torment the gas oven today, or did she torture me? ... But I still baked a double portion of goose feet - cookies (greenpeace, so as not to worry), well, and Chuchelka buns ...
One plus - not in the house, not so hot, but ... I have gas, like Yu Timosh-kon - not in feng shui ... I don't understand, at least kill how, without turning on the upper burner, to achieve fried top

I have been choosing a tabletop oven for 2 weeks.
I saw ASEL - very big ones.
There was also ELBEE - design, dimensions, convection - everything suits, but the temperature is from 100 C. And if you want a lower one - a meringue oven.

In local online stores (from other cities, reluctance) looked after
1. CLATRONIC MBG 3113 temp. 50-250, convection.
2. ARIETE 975 only max. temperature - 230 C. Managers do not give an answer.
Can anyone have it, please respond.

Today they brought me a 30-liter Rolsen stove, I was so happy, I wiped everything, washed it, ignited the stove according to the instructions so that the excess grease burned out and nothing smelled, and put a test dish - I tried to bake vegetables, well, what was at hand. I put a thermometer for the oven next to it, in order to at the same time test the correspondence of the temperature regime. So on the upper and lower heating, without a fan, at a set temperature of 150 degrees. the thermometer showed that in the oven all 220 degrees after five minutes of oven operation. The thermometer is checked - I bake constantly in the old stove and I have it in the oven for control - there is full compliance - how much the temperature has been set, the thermometer shows so much, and in this new oven the set temperature actually turns out to be 60-70 degrees higher. What to do? Is this considered a marriage? Change the oven or adapt to it? Here I sit, testing and the joy of the purchase decreases ... Advise the happy owners of mini-ovens what to do. Still try to change, if it still succeeds, did you take something from an online store?
Kamusik
I think we need to get used to it! Why get upset? All diseases are from the nerves. I've also bought myself a SATURN for 32 liters.I didn’t measure anything, by typing it was determined by the temperature and when to turn on which heating element.
poiuytrewq
Melanyushka, and in other modes (temperatures) there is also an overestimation of 60-70about? Or is the temperature in general, regardless of the regulator, always maximum?

And when you ignited the oven, and then put a test dish, how long did it take between these two events? Maybe the stove just didn’t have time to cool down? .. After all, calcination is proceeding at the maximum temperature.

I would change, be sure.
Anything that does not correspond to the parameters stated in the instructions is considered a marriage.
Now, after 10 years of impeccable service, my mini unpretentious stove also began to increase the temperature uncontrollably, I suffer with it in such a way that sometimes I think it would be better if it burned out completely, and I'm going to change it when it's her turn.
Why do you need such crap from the beginning with novya?
Just next time go choose with your thermometer.

I support - you need to check other temperature conditions.
My electric oven - I expose 150, and heats up to 200
Exhibiting - 175 - getting 220
Plus or minus 10 degrees for loss when opening the door.
I didn't know this until I bought a thermometer, got used to it without problems, she bakes well. Although it often burned before, but I could not understand why.

There is another point - here it is critical for me, although it has adapted, but still annoying:
- the minimum oven temperature - it can be useful for proving yeast dough!
I have the position of the handle, which is fixed until the division of 50 degrees, in theory it should be about 30, but 30 never holds - it still heats up fifty dollars, you have to manually turn it off so that the yeast does not get killed. When the temperature drops to 20, I go up and turn it on again a little bit.

I wonder what the minimum intends for you?
Andreevna

I have the same oven, I tested it all summer. If I put 200, then 200 and on the thermometer + 10 degrees, when convection is on, but these are trifles. Check it out today. Turn on only top-bottom without convection and see what happens. If the same difference, then definitely a return, why bother. Oh, by the way, I have a gas Hephaestus at my dacha. I thought before that everything is not baked. There is a built-in thermometer. So when I tested it, Abaldela is straight, the thermometer on the oven shows 200, but in fact there is 150.
matroskin_kot
With gas hefest, the same song ... Doesn't keep the temperature vaabche ... Cheap, well, they bought it in the summer kitchen. And now I have stocked up with thermometers - I measure from morning to night.
Nataly
Hello everyone and good day.
I had read this Temka, then I really wanted the airfryer, but something stopped me in it, and I went and bought an oven for myself on the table. I bought it by accident, they came to the market just to see what is to choose from, and the girls offered it to us, and lo and behold, my beloved immediately agreed to Take it. Now I am with the oven, otherwise we are renting the house there, the stove is very old. there is no possibility to change.
We bought Vimar VEO-46400W for 46 liters. The first time with chicken I already managed to mess up, so today I'll try to think of something.
Melanyushka
My dear ones, how glad I am that they did not leave me with this problem, I jumped around the stove yesterday until 3 am and today I came home from work and immediately to the oven. She bakes the oven, but of course I check the temperature inside with a thermometer. I baked chicken in a thick-walled frying pan - I set the pace to 170 degrees, - kept 180 degrees inside. Casserole - I put top-bottom, without convection at 120 degrees, in the oven - 170. Now I just put the thermometer on the grate in the center of the oven, turned on the top-bottom without a fan, set it regulator for 120 degrees. - in the oven after three minutes it is already 250 degrees. Has cooled the stove.I tried to turn it on for the first division (there are three more dashes up to 65 degrees) - all 15 minutes the temperature was kept at 35 degrees. - you can stand the dough. I don’t understand anything about the stove. Is it faulty?
Melanyushka
Andreevna, how happy I am for you, envy with white envy. So, all the same, these stoves should work as stated in the temperature regulator. After all, I thought of buying such a thing after your posts and Alena69, you tested your mini-stoves so well, with photos, that I just fell in love with this stove, and we have them for sale. And everything in it suits me: both the size and the simple control ... But such a misfortune happened.
Andreevna
Melanyushka
So, sir, and if you try now to bake in it well, like a small bar and watch. Set the dough to 300 gr and test it. Set the temperature to 170 * and pitches with convection top-bottom. And the food. If it soon starts to burn, and not slowly change the color of the crust, then it’s definitely in the oven. And where did you put the thermometer, I hope for the central guide? That is, the average.
matroskin_kot
Yeah, as if with this hefest there is always dancing with a tambourine. With a mini oven, the only problem is when the light is turned off, otherwise you will never force me to bake in hefest
Melanyushka
Andreevna, put the grating on the middle guide. I put a thermometer exactly in the middle of the grate (now I took out a new one), set it without a fan, top-bottom, at 170 degrees. - after 10 minutes the temperature at two thermometers 220 and 230 degrees. I called the mn and, as expected, the "eternal" song began: bring it to us, we will test it at the service center, the answer within 30 days ... I'm already thinking of baking charlotte or now kneading yeast dough - bake something flour and see. It seems that I still have to adapt to the stove, the prospect of fighting an online store is long-term and unpleasant.
Omela
Melanyushka, You will decide for yourself whether you want to change or not. Because you need to be 100% sure that you are right and defend your position when you engage in conversations with the online store.

I don't have an oven thermometer. And all the summer before last we ate burnt bread from a mini-oven (I have Severin). And I could not adapt to it in any way, because I kept the temperature indicated in the recipe, only time could decrease. Now I bake at no more than 180-200C. And everything turns out great !!!

Then I bought a Delta for my dacha. And also, without a thermometer, I just started the oven in it and adapt along the way.

By the way - yesterday I was burning in a big oven, it was wrapped around what the light was worth. Warming up slowly, like warming up in the kitchen - Africa. And sooooo slow. So, I'm in favor of the mini-oven.

shl. while writing to you, you have already answered the question - you need to adapt. And don't be discouraged, a couple of days and adjust. Good luck!
poiuytrewq
Of course you can adapt. This confuses me:
set the regulator to 120 degrees. - in the oven after three minutes it is already 250 degrees.
... Well this is how to adapt - everything will burn out at once ...
Omela
Agree
And what keeps 250 all the time? Can then still go down ??
Melanyushka
The charlotte was just baked, at first I set it to 170 degrees and after 3-4 minutes the top grabbed, it gradually began to turn yellow and dark, in fact. inside temp. already 200 degrees, urgently transferred to 120 degrees, the temperature inside became 170, and already baked on this indicator - 120 degrees. The charlotte was baked normally, everything was excellent, tasty, only the top broke, well, he grabbed onto it in the first minutes. They called back from the store, they said they would be able to arrive in 2 days, they would take it to the service. center will check and follow up either money or replacement. Here is such an epic for me.
IRR, for sure - it's good that there is no thermometer. So you look and I did not raise the kipish, but calmly adapted - if the temperature numbers were not indicated on the panel, but let's say the levels 1,2,3 .., otherwise it’s not - I need to achieve accuracy and consistency.
IRR
Melanyushka!, if there is such an opportunity, then it is better, of course, to trust the service workers and change, if that. There are shoals no one is insured. But on the other hand, you are now a desktop pro. With your thermometer.... Most likely they will replace it.

Melanyushka don't even think about it. Moreover, they will come themselves. Be patient for a few days. Only after they return it to you and say that everything is fine (we will consider this option), say that you will check it in the presence of the courier. And then we had such a precedent here with HP. They returned it, but it didn’t work, and it doesn’t work.
Melanyushka
Girls, thank you very much for responding and helping. I will hope for the best, but until the stove is taken away, tomorrow I will try to create something in it. She bakes well under supervision, the charlotte with apples is baked perfectly - and the walls and bottom are all baked beautifully, and the pie has risen evenly from all sides, even the top has torn somehow neatly. So, you look, I'll get used to it, I'll get used to it, and it will be a pity to give it back.

Hello everyone

Today I was at Gorbushka, I wanted to buy or at least choose a stove so that I could buy it later on the Internet. But the choice there was from three stoves, bork (a little expensive, beggarly and too small) severin (no convection), delonghi (two kind of dumb models, very small and kandovye, the trays barely slide out). And that's it! I didn't find any other stoves there!

And I would very much like to see it live before buying. Maybe someone knows where in Moscow you can still see the stove? I want, I can’t! Already at night I dream about it! Especially after I read this whole topic and saw enough pictures of delicious

Having studied the topic, I realized that I need a 28-33 liter stove, with convection, it is also desirable to have a spit.
Caprice

Some piece of iron inside has broken, because of which the door does not close now. I'll have to go buy a new one tomorrow.

Ernimel
Attention to all owners of 20 liters! You can really save my family budget ... or not ... Help out, in general!

To do this, you need to try to put some saucepan at the bottom of the stove at the bottom of the stove and understand - how problematic is it to slip your hand with a spoon (for example, in order to add flour to a bun)? You don't need flour, but if someone tells or takes a picture of how it will actually be in practice (I mean trying to fill up the bucket), it would be great. As for evil, I don't have anyone here with mini-ovens here. It is clear that the sizes are different for ovens, but approximately the same should be, because there the pizza counter is declared relatively typical - 30 cm, therefore, the height will be more or less normal (with the same volume of 20 liters).

Before I finally and irrevocably fall ill with this kombuchastuchkoy, I'm here trying to find out what ambushes and shortcomings can be in it. Since I can't find user reviews now, I have to collect information in an analytical way - from what is.
Luysia
I think that all this will not be accurate. You need to look for a store and look at this particular device in its natural form. For that kind of money, you need to know exactly what you are buying.

Thank you for the experience, but the bucket from Panasonic will definitely be higher than the round shape, IMHO, because the shape of the "loaf" is wider, and the volume should be about the same (1kg loaf) .. Plus there they have the mixer mount flooded into the bottom. On the other hand, your oven is not 20, but 30. Doubts continue to plague ...

Duc and it is not the depth that is important to me, but the height. either there is some maneuver for the hand, or - no way .. It's a pity there are no exact internal dimensions of the oven (or I didn't find it, only the size of the oven was there ... on the other hand ... knowing the width and length ... you can calculate the height, knowing volume! Red pepper fell ... oh .. it started ... a can of red pepper flew off my shelf ...
Sobsno further is the development of events. She flew, changing xs as a trajectory, somehow awkwardly diagonally, sideways, and plopped down on the open oven door ... There was a blaze, the inner glass of the oven broke into the raisins. There are three glasses in total. The oven is standard, Siemens, a snow-white beauty, I bought it in 2002, I was looking for it until it was dropped, for several years it would be combined with a vanilla-colored kitchen .. a white panel is a dream .... What to do - we need an oven .. I called all of Moscow (and I still call sometimes) in search of glass for the door .. Result of calls: heat-resistant glass of 4 mm thickness is offered to be bought only by carriages ... I just laughed at first, then it became no laughing matter. There was only one way out: to call the branded service, the master comes, looks for two thousand rubles on my thousand-dollar oven ... to determine which spare part to order (I'm an idiot, and I can't understand that the inner glass can not) and accordingly order glass in Germany. 100% prepayment of course. Then the glass comes to me for 2 months, then in case it comes at all, the master comes again and again for two thousand (the cost of the call). Inserts glass and like vsyo.
One BUT ... The result of this operation in 2009 was 15,000 rubles, taking into account the departure of the twice master of the Soviet Union ..
By the way, analogs of such glass from our manufacturers cost 450 rubles ... But no one even undertakes to cut such glass using patterns. Offered a price of 10 !!! times more expensive. By zeros ..
Girls, take care of your ovens. I’m a careful tovarisch, and now ... But I opened the door ONLY when no one was in the kitchen, so God forbid ... And now ... But I was already leaving the kitchen, opened the door to put a towel on shelf ...

Now I'm in this thread. I read it, saw the word "expensive" and involuntarily laughed. Wrote this scary story on a dark dark night ...

No, all the same hybrid is not ice.
No, I don’t understand something in this life. All together we turn our heads from laptops (or we raise our butt from the computer chair and stomp into the kitchen, or, so be it, if at work - take a look in the evening) and look at our beloved BAKERY. Which is a hybrid of a kneader, a proofing cabinet and an oven. And this does not confuse anyone (for some reason). But. As soon as the cunning Italian-Chinese masters took out the kneading knot from the small box, and shoved it into an ordinary mini-oven, they screamed from all sides - a hybrid and a combiner is horror-horror.

For now, let's leave the question about front loading - it is not scientifically provable at the moment.

But explain, mnu, please, how can baking in 20 liters of volume (with convection) be somehow worse than baking in our favorite buckets with lids ?! And how can a replacement in our (for a long time and dearly beloved) hybrid, a bucket for an oven damage? I don’t ask about what the oven can lose from the hole in the kneader covered at the bottom ...
Well, the price tag .. ehh ... yes even 9900 is really dofig ... and they are not in free flight, damn it ...

Of course, this is saving space in the kitchen, I agree. Yesterday I again studied the prices for ovens - the prices are not encouraging, the Rolson for 26 liters could not be found in a store that would have had from 4 stars and above.
