Sorry, why? I was a little hasty. Something I didn't really like this store after visiting its forum. And so far, I have not met anywhere else in Moscow either
Whymuchka
Vafelka, thanks for your participation!
Somehow I didn’t think that leaving Rollsen at the dacha I couldn’t find another one for the city.
Maybe it's temporary? Maybe they'll be thrown out again by the summer season? Simply, I want a stove now, so I'm already thinking what else you can buy inexpensive and practical.
While in thought.

Hello girls !!! I am happy to join your friendly company Baking bread in the LG HB2051 bread maker according to recipes from this wonderful site! And after reading this topic about the stoves, I ordered myself a Rolsen KW 3025 in an online store. I barely waited for the delivery, today I received it, unpacked it at home and found that it contained only 1 baking sheet (and its bottom is not even, but with some kind of grooved cross-shaped recess) + grate + spit. And everywhere in the description it is indicated that 2 baking sheets !!!! In the instructions, in general, the equipment is strangely indicated: a picture of the stove and its components, and so 1 baking sheet is drawn there (just with the same depression), and it is signed "Tray for crumbs and butter"
Tell me, the owners of the Rollsen, is this how it should be or they sold me an incomplete package? You can't even put pies on such a tray
Vafelka
Good afternoon, Azazel! Probably on the site where you ordered your stove, the description of the complete set is incorrect. This is an excerpt from the description from the website of the Rollsen oven manufacturer:
KW-3025 has 5 operating modes and a timer for 60 minutes, so that you do not worry about the safety of your dishes. The oven comes with 1 baking sheet, a spit for grilling chicken, and a wire rack.
And the baking sheet, yes, is really cross-shaped, but this does not interfere with baking neither pies, nor rolls, not pies, and not rolls. There is not such a big drop and for the test it is not critical. Look from page 20 of this topic. Andreevna acquired the same as yours. And what a noble pastry she does!
So don't be sad and start learning about your new girlfriend. I hope you get along with her

Thank you very much, Wafelka, for the information and support! Everything became clear. You can't trust these online stores in any way! At least in something, let them lie
But all the same, I'm very, very happy with the stove: I just started eating meat in French in it, I’ll do baking on the weekend. I’ll just need to buy some more flat baking sheet so that I could put pies on the wire rack, otherwise I’m already dreaming, bake on 2 baking sheets at once. By the way, I barely found this stove. We no longer have them in Voronezh, and I took the last one from the online store.
Vafelka
I am very glad for you! The main thing is that they were not disappointed in the purchase. In Moscow, they also slowly began to disappear. Stoves for 26 liters are gone. My friends did not have time to buy. Now they are sorry. But I hope that they will appear. I have two baking sheets, but still not enough. I also cover the grate with foil, and put the paper on top and bake it. Maybe for the first time it will come in handy

I have a Cameron MO-2610, 26 l, with forced convection. Yes, she got smoked at my place and I decided to wash her with Amway oven cleaner. Now I am suffering. Washed off quite a bit. Dark and light spots appeared on the walls, and the bottom became generally rough. I washed everything with warm water. Now I don’t know if it can be used ?!

Hello to all the hostesses and hosts! So I am ripe. Thanks to all of you! But we have almost nothing in Minsk. Terribly offensive. So I will order from Moscow. I even bake in a dream, bake. And all because.that 10 years without an oven (it happened). Took off in a rustic Russian oven. And now my husband began to haul prey from hunting and fishing. And in the instructions for the 26L Rollsen it says "for game". Here in anticipation ...

I cooked in pots, and quite often, until I bought a slow cooker. It worked very well, in portions. And as for the dishes - it's easier to write CHITO we use - everything is the same as in gas ovens - its native counterparts, glass, ceramics, various molds (there are many of them, from non-stick coatings to luminous ones), silicone molds. Something like this...

Would you like to replace it with a model of 25 liters of 5 modes - like an analogue of this stove? I've already started to think

The sellers do not know the size of a 25 liter stove, but I am limited by size (width 45 - maximum, depth 33-35).
I know the dimensions of Rolsen 26, at the very same in the country. So I wanted to take the second to the city.
And the convention is only included in 26 at will, in other models it is already included in the program.

Very strange. that neither on the corporate website nor in the instructions (ibid.) are the dimensions of the stoves written. But I think the volume is the same for 25 liters, because in parentheses they write a type analogue of 26 liters. I just looked at the German Banter - there is also almost no one lower regime there.

I compare between my two: Delta (in the country) and Severin (at home). So with Delta I didn't have a single puncture. Uniform heating. Two baking sheets. And with Severin every other time .. Very powerful for such a small volume. So I'm baking at 180C. And all the same, sometimes it burns before it is baked.

Yes, Severin is smaller (20 or 22) and more powerful.

I slowly settle down in a corner and study if I have free time.
It seems like a stove.
Kind of better - electric.
so uzho Double voltage in the network ... it's scary to even utter ... 240 !!!!
This is at the usual 130 evening and 170 day.
So you can start thinking
It seems like you need not much big but not a crumb.
So to bake more pizza and a pie (well, you never know)
To stir up some kind of beauty in the stove.
In general, something like this.
Well, probably it would be better with convection- (the word is so solid)
It is not yet clear with manufacturers
Who's the favorite here? Delongee ?!
What volume is optimal - For the table.
Reading, thinking, weighing - Preparing with thoughts
But there is practically nowhere to put something!

But ..... to my bewilderment, it so happened that the Kenwood bread maker and the kitchen machine - I bought it there - and in Mega Dybenko

Satisfied with both.
Everything works fine.

Most relevant to what? What served as that very decisive drop, so to speak?

Hello to all chefs!
I read the whole Temka carefully - as far as my restless baby-year-old allowed to do it. )) Thank you so much for the detailed reports, because there are no reviews about mini-ovens anywhere in the internet ..

We live in a dacha (don't be surprised that it's winter outside - my husband made the heating, and we enjoy the fresh air in winter too) - there is a Hephaestus table gas stove, but without an oven I have been suffering a lot since July, when we moved here, the house is still new, furniture not all settled down. My husband brought the bread maker here - he is the baker in our family, and I cook everything else. In the city, an ordinary stove with an oven - I used the oven very often - I cooked various meat, fish, chicken, and casseroles and all kinds of baked goods, and without an oven there is absolutely no variety in cooking. At the family council, it was decided that my husband would give me a mini-stove for the New Year.

After reading you and the descriptions of the stoves on the websites, I came to the conclusion that I need at least 28-33 liters - since I bake not only baked goods, but also many second meat and vegetable dishes in the oven, so I think that a grill is necessary (husband loves wings), plus for baking, you also need 2 silicone cupcake molds, 6 pieces each, to fit at a time.

chose Delta
D-0324 and D-024 - both are the same - the difference is probably only external and in color - 33l, 1300W, grill, spit, timer for 90 minutes, temperature 80-320, 2 baking sheets and 1 wire rack

24A and 24B - the same, but 40-liter

the question is - are there convection? I did not find it in the descriptions, I also did not find instructions in the internet, according to your stories I still want to use convection. And someone praises them, someone on the contrary saw negative reviews. And I think 1300 W is not enough ...

Further:
Redber 3010 for 30 liters - but without convection
with convection, only 42-liter - EO4663, it is more powerful - 1800W, also with a grill, a spit
, but with one baking sheet - it seems to fit my needs - but is it embarrassing is it too big? there are no problems with the place in the house, the dimensions will not confuse - does it bother me? on the other hand, there are even more ovens in the city - 50 liters each ...

well, the third option - like Andreevna's -
Rollsen 3025 - 30-liter - and the power suits - 1600 (the delta is weaker), and there is a displacement, and convection for baking, and a spit is available - but nowhere is there a word about the grill function for this spit ... So there is a grill there or not? ...

There is, of course, exactly the same option, but with a grill - Ariete has 975 - ideal for all my needs - but it is exactly twice as expensive - Rolsen is about 2200-2500, and Ariete is 4500 rubles ...

help pliz with a choice ...
Omela
OksanaD , welcome to the forum!
The choice is yours anyway. I can say about Delta 33L. No convection or illumination. There is enough power. I already wrote that I have this stove in the country. I cooked and cooked in it all summer, no comments. The grill and spit, however, did not use.It is quite large in size, but it becomes a plus when baking buns. Because, basically, the stoves are high, and this one is wide.
Good luck!
OksanaD
Mistletoe, thank you very much for your answer, I will take note.
We still need to go shopping to see them live.

The question arose about Rolsen - I downloaded the instruction for 30L Rolsen, like Andreevna - there is not a word about the grill, but there are such modes:

Mode Knob: This oven has 5 different cooking modes
(upper and lower heating with blowing, upper and lower heating,
top heating with blower, top heating with a spit, top and
bottom heating with spit and blower

here is the mode top heating with spit is it a grill? ...

Girls, owners of mini-ovens from 15 to 26 liters, please tell me at what temperature do you bake muffins and sour cream? I have an inexpensive Energy 20L, and everything seems to be good in it: meat, pizza, yeast pies and even biscuits, although not high, but they work out. But with muffins and dough on kefir / sour cream - a complete failure. Not baked and that's it! I tried 180 grams, 170 and 160. The temperature seems to be holding, I put a thermometer inside for checking. It rises, the crust is quickly baked - I have to cover it with foil, I hold it from 1h 15 to 1h 40min, I take it out - it settles, it turns out a dense, unbaked dough. I tried different forms: in silicone and black metal it burns from below, in light tin it does not burn, but it still does not bake completely. Recipes from childhood, at the age of 10-12 she successfully baked them in the old Soviet Lysva at the 2nd (out of 3) position of the regulator. And now I don't know what to think about: either the stove is not good, or the current store sour cream is not sour cream. Whoever gets cupcakes in a mini-sword, please describe the process in detail, including the material and color of the form, the level of installation in the oven, heating, temperature and time. Thank you
Omela
Gibus , welcome to the forum!

I already wrote that I have Severin and I also suffer with her. it turns out baking every other time, or even two. But this recipe turned out: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=146925.0

Not specifically the ones in the photo. The mold was silicone like this:

Tabletop ovens, stoves ...

Baked at 180C on the lower level (of three) for about 20 minutes. Now I don't remember exactly how long.
Gibus
Thank you, Omela! I will try again ...
But it looks like something is missing for capricious baking in mini-ovens ... Most likely, the uniformity of heating, I think. Heating elements are too close, which turn on and off. A couple of times I got a curd cake in a small tin form with a brick, covered with foil on top. Perhaps because the mold was small and stood in the center of the stove at an equal distance from all the heating pipes.
Omela

I think that these are the features of specific stoves. Because I have 33 liters at my dacha. and everything is OK! And here the volume is less and the power is more.
