Good evening, what if my experience for small kitchens is useful to someone. I was going to change the countertop and for this case I removed the built-in oven (I did not use it at all) and the hob (I only made coffee). I ordered a cabinet from the same company, where I put a small oven for 38 liters, and also bought a Gemlux infrared tabletop to use any utensils (on the top shelf it is together with a multicooker and a double boiler for the Element). I am very satisfied. So much working space - even roll out the dough, even take out the oven, even the tiles. Thanks to Rita Rituslya - helped with the dimensions

Tell me please, does your oven stand that way even when baking? How does it work? Doesn't overheat? I also put mine in a niche, now I'm worried if there is enough air circulation around it.

Nooooooooo! The hostess takes out the oven, at first I also thought that she was baking this way - it was not very clearly written at first! There in the sequel is ...

Greetings
Today Gemlukschka tried hard on potato and onion baguettes:

Tabletop ovens, stoves ...

And also for pies according to this recipe:
Tabletop ovens, stoves ...Pie "Bulin apple"
(Lyulёk)

More flour than in the recipe. From half the norm of the dough, 18 cakes, 30 g each, were obtained:

I did not lubricate the top with anything:

The dough is very pleasant to work with. It turned out delicious

I really need help. I bought a Simfer M4017 oven mainly for sausages. I was very happy. But I don’t understand what’s going on with the temperature ... And how do you handle it? I'll try to post a photo. This is the position of the switches.
Tabletop ovens, stoves ...

And this is the temperature inside.

Tabletop ovens, stoves ...
Is this normal at all? Or take it back to the store?

I think I ruined the sausage, it's a shame to tears.
Annutka
Anna, look at how much the temperature is inside the sausage and, if it reaches 70-72 degrees, then take it out and cool, the sausage is ready.

The photo does not show the thermometer is just lying or inserted into the sausage.
Cvetaal
Anna, your upper switch is responsible for the temperature, and you set 150 degrees, this is a lot. At the first stage (drying) of cooking sausage T, we set 65 degrees, then frying at 85 and cooking with steam at 80. The middle switch is responsible for the cooking time, and the lower switch is the modes of your oven, in the photo I see that the top-bottom is on. Sausage is recommended to be cooked with convection, this is a mode with a fan.
Annutka
Yes, convection and bottom heating
venera19
Annutka, The thermometer just lies. It's for the oven. Unfortunately for meat, only electronic on an iron leg, so only take out the sausage and measure it.
Annutka
Anna, lower the temperature, it is very high, Svetlana wrote everything to you.
venera19
Cvetaal, Svetlana, so the fact of the matter is that on the handle 150, and in the oven barely 80 with two heating elements, upper and lower. And if I put the knob at about 80, then it will not turn on.
Cvetaal
AnnaTo understand what is happening with the sausage at the moment, take out one loaf and measure the temperature inside the sausage, if 70 degrees, then take it out and cool. And with the oven, you need to understand the service, since such jambs come out. The oven must be switched on on any T.

In the photo, this is the last stage when I panicked. There I turned off the convection and put a bowl of boiling water on the tray.
Since the sausage is for the first time and the oven is new, then everything is not clear.
I think the oven is not behaving properly. But maybe I just don't know how to handle her.
Yarik
venera19, Anna, why ruined, if the temperature matches the thermometer, then everything should be ok. And of course it's a mess, I would have passed, 20-30 degrees for mini-ovens is, in principle, the norm, but 60 is definitely not the norm.
Annutka
Anyut, try it on baked goods, measure the temperature. It did not turn on at 80 degrees, maybe because it was warmed up to a high temperature. In any case, you have a guarantee.

Svetlana, thank you. I think I was out of luck with the oven. It's a shame, like the firm is solid and the store is large (I bought it in Eldorado). And now to tinker with the service. He is in the city a hundred kilometers away. You won't run over.
Well, this is understandably a matter of everyday life. Thank you very much.
Sausage saved, 70 degrees nevertheless ran inside. But she somehow cringed, I probably bothered something with the temperature.
I tried the hot one, it seems edible. I'll try again tomorrow.
I also wanted to ask, but by stages of preparation, how to turn on the shades? Always the bottom one?
Annutka
I cook with bottom heating and convection. Now the sausage needs to be cooled quickly.
Cvetaal

Anna, I always turn on convection - blowing hot air, my oven is full-sized. In your case - convection + lower ten. But still, test the oven in different modes - how it keeps the temperature.
Yarik
Anna, maybe you got such a copy, yes, you need to test it. I know many people have Simfer and are happy with them, but I passed mine, I don’t remember the model, but on the contrary, it overestimated the temperature and heated up more than the declared maximum.
venera19
Annutka, Anna, tomorrow I will test without products. And how should it be from the very beginning? So I turn on two heating elements, temperature for example 120. And turn on the timer. Should it warm up to 120 (well, give or take) and keep the temperature?
Annutka
Well, like all ovens, it must keep the temperature + -
venera19
Yarik, Now we are sitting together with my husband, testing ... We set 120, two heating elements without convection, turned on the timer for 10 minutes. The oven turns on and off (the light informs about this) as it wants. It took 10 minutes, with a thermometer inside 100 degrees. Is this the norm?
Yarik
The fact that it turns on and off is normal, the thermostat works, and, in principle, the temperature is almost normal, the difference is 20 degrees, my stationary oven also underestimates 20 grams. Try some kind of pie tomorrow, it will immediately be seen whether she coped or not.
Cvetaal
Anna, what if you set the timer not for 10 minutes, but for 20, for example? Maybe the oven can't heat up to 120 degrees in 10 minutes?
venera19

And it turns out that convection works cool for me only when the heating is turned on. And since it turns on and off, then the fan either blows or not. no more blowing than blowing.

Is there a different technology with pies? I'll make a cupcake much easier. Preheat to 180 first and then bake? I should have a biscuit, but it's terrible to ruin it.

Many thanks to all who are not indifferent! The morning is wiser than the evening, and for work tomorrow. Thanks again!

We have a stationary oven, at the dacha - a tabletop, the fan blows all the time !!!
venera19
Well, again I am with my complaints.
There is no rest now. In the morning, while I was going to work, I tested my oven again (Simfer M4017).
I tried two shades without convection in the mode. I found out that the initial warm-up lasts about 20 minutes to a temperature of 60. Then I set it to 80, it also holds well. The whistle (discrepancies between the oven handle and the actual temperature) begins with a temperature on the regulator of 170 degrees.
PRi 170 on the regulator, actually in the oven 190. And when the knob is set to 190 in the oven it takes off to 250 and is not going to turn off. Shadows are red. I waited about five minutes to turn off, then turned it off itself.

Tabletop ovens, stoves ...

It looks like pies cannot be cooked in it ...
Annutka
Anna, then you need to go to the service center.
venera19
Annutka, Anna, I bought in Eldorado. Don't know what is the algorithm for communicating with them about such a product? Will they repair, exchange?
When buying, the seller persistently shoved me a service over the price of a stove for 2 thousand rubles. Then, supposedly in case of a problem, we will exchange it in the store. I refused this additional service. He probably knew something about these stoves ...
LisaNeAlisa
Anna, according to consumer protection law, you can take it to a store or service center of your choice.
velli
venera19, AnnaIn order not to suffer and suffer from improper operation of the stove, hand it over to the store and buy yourself a Gemlux with a volume of 45 liters. I had a Simfer 7945 so it did not turn on at 80 *, but only at 150 * apparently all Simfer work like that, although the graduation on mine is from 50 *. Gemlux suits me completely now, what temperature you set, it will be! I put bread dough in it before baking, switch it to a preset temperature and bake bread, pies. I cook sausage in it, ham.
Annutka
Anna, I know that by law, if the product was in use, then the return is also through the service center. You hand over to the service center either yourself or the store where you purchased.
Recently I rented out a tabletop oven. In the store, they handed over to the service center, waited 21 days for spare parts, in general, if they do not repair it within this period, then they give an opinion, you can return it or exchange it. And if they are repaired, then you can either hand over or exchange, if you hand over, then you need to contact within two weeks. Like so.
venera19
velli, valentine, so I ran all over Belgorod last Saturday in search of a 38L Gemlux and did not find it. I wanted to look at the stoves in real stores. CSNs promise their presence, but in reality they are not.
Already in the evening I came across this Simfer, remembered that I had read about them on the forum and decided to take it. But I did not expect such "peculiarities" of work at all.
Thank you for your opinion, I think and decide.
Annutka
venera19There are many Gemluxes in the Metro, if you have one.

Anna, thanks, the deadline has not passed yet, I bought it on Saturday, December 8th. This Saturday (15) we are planning a trip to Belgorod again.
I’m thinking, what will they repair if this is similar to the regular behavior of this brand's oven?

Quote: Annutka
venera19, There are many Gemluxes in the Metro, if you have one.

NO, we don't have a Metro. Then only write in the online store. But if such an ambush with real stores, then in an online store such a purchase is even scary to do.
Yarik
Anna, they won't repair anything. Give it to the store where you bought it, indicate that it does not meet the declared characteristics, and even fire unsafe, because it gives out a temperature higher than the declared one, only demand a refund. The store has no right not to accept it for examination. True, you will have to wait 45 days, or 21, I don't remember exactly.

21 days, after that you can demand a refund even if it is repaired, but if it was handed over within 2 weeks. If later, then in case of repair, the money will not be returned.
Yarik
Anna, Thank you! I returned it in about a month, so I waited 45 days, but the money was returned. This is a product of inadequate quality.
Annutka
Yaroslavna, let's hope that it will turn out to pass without problems.

I just bought a Gemlux from CSN, ordered it via the Internet. After 5 days they brought it. the truth has not tested yet. We need to rearrange the kitchen. The oven looks decent. The seller already took a picture and sent it to his wife. Very much admired. I was already surprised - a guy about 30 years old.
venera19
Yaroslavna, AnnaThank you girls for your participation and support.
I have already decided to hand over this oven. Yesterday I tried to bake a sponge cake in boiling water. I did it in two forms, in my usual gas oven and in this electric one. Well, we still managed to bake, but it is practically impossible to leave the oven, since there is no certainty that it will turn off at a given temperature, and will not start blazing like arc welding.
And the biscuit came out of the big oven and it was more magnificent and better. It may somehow depend on the volume of the furnace, but I think the uniformity of temperature also plays a role.
And here is my long-suffering sausage:
Tabletop ovens, stoves ...
She is mainly chicken, a little pork and bacon.
I liked the homemade taste. In life, she is a little lighter than in the photo.

mowgli, Natalia, I originally targeted the GEMLUX GL-OR-1538LUX silver 38 liters. It is declared in the CSN for approximately 8700. But it was not in the store. The seller looked and said that it was not available in the online store either. There is Gemlux GL-OR-1838 silver for 10,400, but you also have to order and wait. The only difference between them is the presence of thermal insulation of the case. I didn't want to overpay, I was tired at the end of the day, I really wanted to buy a stove ... I don't know what played a decisive role.
The choice in real stores is rather scarce, I visited M-Video, CSN, Order, Redmond and Eldorado boutique. One of the prerequisites for choosing was a temperature of 30 degrees. Almost all stoves have 100 or more stated. The control of a mechanic or electronics was unimportant. In addition, the Simfer M4017 has a very attractive design and a charming round baking tray included.
It's a shame to hand over, wait for a refund. That is, the purchase of a stove, which was supposed to become a New Year's gift and a testing ground for the New Year holidays, turned into an unpleasant ordeal.
But I hope for a favorable outcome. And then I will order in the online store. Now I know exactly what is needed and how it looks.
Svetlucha

Girls, I'll sit down and I’m a little about my mini oven Bork 500. I bought it from me for a long time, I don’t even remember what year. I bought it because at that time there was nothing else on sale. Although I was not very happy with its volume (22 liters), my large oven was out of order, and it was necessary to replace it with something at least temporarily. Then, in 2014, I bought a Panasonic inverter steam oven (27 liters) and started cooking in it (it has a full oven). And all would be fine, but not so long ago I started making homemade sausage. The temperature in the oven for her is 80-85 degrees, and for Panasonic it starts from 100 degrees. I had to take out little Bork from the storeroom, since her temperature starts from 60 degrees. But it was not there. Not later than two days ago, I put two sausage bars in cold Bork, I put two thermometers next to it (as my heart sensed), and the third one with a probe on the wire I stick into one loaf of sausage. I turn on the oven at 80 degrees and wait for it to squeak after reaching the set temperature. My oven beeps, I look at the thermometers, and on one of them it is almost 100 degrees, and on the other 90 with a penny. Rather, she opened the door to lower the temperature. In short, for almost 4 hours, while my sausage was being prepared, I sat near the oven and turned the temperature knob back and forth. Today I decided to test it empty. I put a probe from a thermometer in it, the thermometer itself is next to the oven. I turn it on to a minimum of 60 degrees, when the oven gave a signal that the temperature had been reached, the thermometer at that time showed - how much do you think? - 98 degrees. Well, what to do with it? The husband says: take it to the trash heap.
venera19
Svetlucha, Svetlana, no need to go to the trash, it may come in handy again.
It's a shame, of course, that it does not withstand the declared characteristics. I'll try to pass mine.
Svetlucha
venera19, Anya, I’m thinking to buy something new. I liked Gemlux when I read the topic about them, but did not see it live. And I would not like to make a mistake once again to be such a madhouse with temperatures.

Panasonic inverter microwave with steam
Can you tell us more about what kind of animal? Now the issue of a desktop microwave oven is acute.
venera19
Svetlana, about Simfer also spoke well here on the forum. Maybe I'm just out of luck. I already wrote that I was considering Gemlux for purchase. Well, or any not very expensive with a temperature of 30 degrees.
Svetlucha
LisaNeAlisa, Anita, I have this - a steam inverter oven with convection and a double grill Panasonic NN-DS592M. The stove is not bad, for 27 liters, it works both as a microwave and as an oven. There are automatic programs, defrost, steam. What I don't really like is that the temperature range in the oven is 100-220 degrees, and the temperature cannot be changed during the cooking process. And so, in principle, a normal stove, but large enough in size.
LisaNeAlisa
Svetlucha, thanks, went to look.
venera19
Regarding the delivery of the unsuccessful Simfer M4017 oven to the store. On Saturday the stove was handed over without any problems. I didn't even have to write statements by hand. Although I prepared and scribbled two copies. They filled out their form there, you just need to sign and proceed with these documents to the cashier. The money was returned immediately, at about 11 am. But the bank credited them only the next day.

Now I have ordered another furnace from CSN, GEMLUX GL-OR-1538LUX silver. I'm waiting.
Annutka
Annahow well everything turned out!
